Dieser tropische Strand inspiriert 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer umgebaut Juwel befindet sich auf West Gulf Drive ist nicht entgehen lassen !!

"Insel Dreams" wurde vor kurzem eine erstaunliche Umgestaltung im Jahr 2015 mit einer unglaublichen komplett neuen Köche Küche und Master-Bad. Das gesamte Innere des Hauses wurde gemalt und dekoriert, um die friedliche und ruhige Umgebung reflektieren, die Sanibel Island ist. Die herausragende Außenraum ist für alle Wetterbedingungen geeignet mit der Hälfte davon neu eingerichtet und abgedeckt und die andere Hälfte offen und gesiebt, um die neuen großen beheizten Pool umrahmen. Dieses beeindruckende Haus befindet sich in der begehrten West Gulf Drive Bereich mit den besten Strandlagen auf der Insel. Insel-Träume ist einfach ein Traum in Erfüllung gegangen. Überzeugen Sie sich selbst - die Verfügbarkeit wird nicht von Dauer sein!

The location to the beach and beach access is perfect. The amenities are very adequate with a fully equipped kitchen, screened pool, fenced in backyard for the pets and plenty of space for guests. The Sanibel Vacation staff are the friendly and so helpful. I can't wait for my next adventure.

We also loved that the house was across the street from the beach access path.

Great family beach rental!!

Our family stayed in this home in May. It was a great spot for us. It is a very short walk to the beach so it is very easy to head out for the beautiful sunsets. The house is also loaded with every beach item you need including a beach cart, which we found to be wonderful! There were also bikes for each or us. Our kids also loved having a beautiful pool in the back. My husband and I loved the screened lanai. It was a great place to sit and have coffe in the morning or to eat a family meal. The baby gate for the pool was also very reassuring. Inside the house had everything we needed. It has cute beachy furniture and was clean. We just had our family of 5 but we could have easily accommodated another family or grandparents. Bed space for 9. This is a great house. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't ask for a better location on Sanibel. The house is on West Gulf and across the street from beach access. Sadly we could not use the beach the month we were there because of red tide. The biggest issue while we were at this house was a major ant problem. SBL was quick to respond every time and pest control was out 4 times- but the problem was never resolved. We also arrived to a house that was not as clean as it should have been (stains on 2/3 bedspreads, soda spills on chairs, crumbs on floors, food splatters on walls, dead ants everywhere, patio/patio furniture not clean, rugs were very sandy). Some parts of the house have been nicely remodeled (kitchen), some not at all (guest bath, old windows/slider doors where you could hear straight through) and others not very well (like a beautiful master shower that holds water because it wasn't sloped correctly). SBL was very attentive to all of our concerns and we would probably use them again, but we would not stay at this property again.

Great location but photos are less than accurate

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery. The photos are deceiving as a garage is pictured but there is no garage. What was the garage is the third bedroom. The pool area is overcrowded with furniture making it hard to walk around and mostly unusable. The master bedroom is very large and renovated as is the kitchen. The AC went out and took 6 days to be repaired however the management company was very responsive.

Island Dreams--March 2015

Reviewer Comments: Our SBL rental lived up to its moniker--"Island Dreams". We found the property to be as advertised, i.e. newly remodeled, across the street from the beach, and able to accommodate our extended families. The neighborhood is quiet, upscale residential with attractive homes homes on all sides. When we arrived we found everything nicely cleaned with plenty of space to easily store all of our belongings. The home's equipment and appliances were generally new and in good working condition. The one exception was the heat pump for the pool. SBL property managers were able to get the old pool heater replaced with a new one in just a couple of days--which we considered to be exceptional under the circumstances.Aside from having easy access to the beach, the property is within a mile of Doc Ford's restaurant and the Ding Darling Nature Preserve. We enjoyed both of these venues on multiple occasions during our month long stay on Sanibel Island.Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay on Sanibel Island. When our extended families came to visit they were equally impressed with the Island Dreams rental and all that it offered. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends.

Island Dreams is a Real Dream!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Dreams was a complete dream the month we were lucky to be there! The home is very comfortable and decorated beachy chic! The open floor plan is great and the pool area is delightful and very private. The owners have done an excellent job of providing everything a renter could need! The kitchen is well stocked with new appliances and plenty of gadgets and dishes. We prepared most meals at the home and often used the very nice bbq grill. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The beach access is almost directly across the street on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach. It's the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking Sanibel sunsets and of course to collect sea shells! Our favorite local restaurants are Island Cow, Lighthouse Cafe for breakfast, the East End Deli for great Cuban sandwiches, RC Otters on Captiva, and Pinocchio's for ice cream! We loved kayaking at Tarpon Bay Explorers and going to the farmer's market on Sunday mornings. A drive through Ding Darling and a boat ride to Cabbage Key for a cheeseburger in paradise are also some of our favorite things to do! We highly recommend the Island Dreams home and Sanibel Vacations for your next visit to Sanibel!

Great Upgrade for a great location

The remodeling done by the new onwners was great and turned this propery from just average to outstanding. Management staff was great, qwuickly responded to a minor frig problem. Location is very convienent to the beach. Kithcen is well stocked with everything you'll need. Lots of extras with bikes, beach chairs, pool floats, beach carts etc. Only negative is the outdated garage door that opens manually. Would be back next year but the owner is staying the month of October.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GREAT LOCATION! House needs TLC to bring it to Sanibel standards. Everything is cheaply done from cookware to furniture to towels to outdoor furnishings. Many things in poor shape or not working. Ants and bugs everywhere due to no pest control program. Yard is overgrown with trimming and clean up of debris non existent. Junk everywhere from construction debris to old furniture.Watch out for anthills in yard and areas where ticks reside.Hopefully the new owner will bring up to a standard that causes renters to WANT to come back. Rental Manager was responsive when called.

The house is somewhat dated but had everything we needed. Sleeps 9 very comfortably. Great lanai and pool. Should get an automatic garage door opener for us senior citizens. Great value for the price!

Wonderful week of island relaxation and at a beautiful house!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week early August and fell in love with the property and the house and the pool and all the amenities!! The owners need to be more descriptive in the property web page, there are SO many things included, that aren't mentioned in the ad!! Bikes for both adults and children INCLUDING helmets are provided in the garage of the house! Most houses on the island don't include this and vacationers have to pay to rent them. Also there are TVs in each bedroom and in the den all with cable tv and at least one DVD. Dishes and cooking utensils are provided, washer and dryer, they even provide beach towels so we didn't have to pack those bulky towels which was nice since we flew in. There was also a hair dryer so I didn't have to pack it!! ***EVERYTHING we needed or wanted was provided at the house!! **** we would recommend these owners and specifically this house again, in fact we are hoping to return next summer to this house! The short walk to the beach was less than 5 min and bike paths were very close by and very convenient. The pool was beautiful and the backyard shower came in handy after a long day at the beach! My only complaint would be the house was on the warm side, I wish the air would have been set just a few degrees lower but other than that we loved our stay!!

Perfect Vacation Home

We had the opportunity to stay at this home for a week while we vacationed on Sanibel. We have three young children and we were thrilled with the accommodations and location of this home. Everything was new. New furniture. Newly renovated rooms. Very clean. The kids loved having our own pool and the proximity to the beach made this the ideal spot for us. Sanibel is wonderful for families with lots of things to do. Biking, shelling, shopping, Ding Darling, the Shell Museum - we did it all. This was the perfect location for us to be close to everything. The owners are wonderful and the process of renting went very smoothly. I highly recommend.
