What is the minimum stay? The minimum stay is 7 nights.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund. A 25% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable. No refunds due to hurricanes or other weather conditions. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets.
