The Space:
This modern two-story villa offers everything you need for a fun, comfortable stay in Playa del Carmen. With a private pool, stylish interiors, and a great location in a secure residential area near Playacar Beach and 5th Avenue, it's perfect for groups or families.

This home is in a quiet, guard-gated residential community close to downtown Playa del Carmen. You’re just minutes from the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue, and 10 min walk from the Playacar public beach, and local attractions like eco-parks and ferry terminals.

Getting Around:
Guests have 4 parking spots at home making it very easy to get in and out of the area. The home is about a 53-minute drive (60 km | 37 miles) from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the guard-gated residential area called Playacar, Fase 2.
If you are not renting a car, we recommend reserving your airport transportation in advance.
Public bicycles are available to rent downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent bikes by the day or by the journey.
There are also 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states for day trips, etc, located at:
- 5th Avenue and Av. Benito Juarez
- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12
In the event you are driving around town, note there are PARKING METERS IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN. The meters are in operation from Monday to SUnday 10 am to 10 pm all around downtown Playa with one digital parking meter box per street that you have to look for to pay for your parking and display your ticket on the dashboard.
Other Things to Note:
- Just a heads-up: four of the bedrooms are upstairs, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach them.
- If an access bracelet is lost during your stay, there’s a $15 USD replacement fee.
- The community gate is staffed with security, and they may ask for guest ID at any time. It's a standard practice.
- For everyone’s comfort and safety, only the guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. Day visitors aren’t permitted, and extra guests may result in a fee.
- To help conserve energy, we kindly ask that you keep the AC set around 25°C. Electricity is billed separately: $125 USD per week or $500 USD per month.
- There’s no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like a mid-stay cleaning, we can help arrange it for an additional fee.
- A security deposit may be required before or at check-in (not applicable for ABB)
- You’ll be asked to sign a short Rental Agreement after booking to confirm your stay.
House Rules
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
- This is a smoke-free home. That includes tobacco, cannabis, or any other substances. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken.
- No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please keep music low and respect the neighbors.
- Only the guests listed on the reservation can stay overnight. No tents or temporary structures are allowed.
- If any damage happens during your stay or extra cleaning is needed, the cost may be charged after checkout.
- A government-issued ID may be requested before arrival, at check-in, or during your stay.
- Please avoid rearranging furniture.
- Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed at this property.
