With its northerly aspect, the deck is bathed in sunshine and features a large retractable awning for perfect midday shade. Enjoy alfresco dining with a BBQ, cozy up under the stars with the cafe heater on cooler nights, and rinse off in the partitioned outdoor shower after beach adventures.

Inside, Lochaber’s open-plan kitchen and living area is a haven of comfort. The well-equipped kitchen is a dream for any home chef, boasting gas cooking, an oven, and a dishwasher. The adjoining sitting area invites you to relax with a large TV, perfect for lazy afternoons.

The home’s four beautifully appointed bedrooms surround a second informal living space. Two rooms feature queen-sized beds, one has a double bed, and the family/kids bedroom comes with a queen bed plus bunk beds. All rooms offer lovely garden views, creating a peaceful retreat for every guest.

The stylish family bathroom with dual sinks is ideal for bustling bedtime routines, while a second separate toilet off the laundry adds convenience. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. The main deck wraps around the house, providing sun loungers and additional seating to enjoy the expansive backyard.

Just a short stroll away, explore Point Lonsdale’s main shopping and dining strip, where you’ll find a delightful array of cafes, boutiques, and a supermarket. Take advantage of scenic walking trails around the famous lighthouse or relax on the charming beaches that offer both tranquil bay views and rugged ocean vistas.

PARKING: Parking for 4 cars is available behind the property gates, guests are asked not to park outside the gates as that is common car access shared with neighbouring homes.

CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.

FIREPLACE: Open fireplace is NOT operational. It does not draw, so smoke will fill the house.
