CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen - compact and oh so cute! You step down onto the original slate floor and can then gaze out into the amazing undercover outside patio area. The kitchen has everything you need including electric cooking, microwave & fridge – but no dishwasher, so make sure you bring the kids! Dining area will provide you with all your basic needs and includes dining seating for 6.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The lounge features a reverse cycle AC and plenty of comfortable seating suitable for 6 people. There is a DVD player and a TV that is not a Smart TV however, there is a Google Chromecast device attached to the TV. This device plugs into the HDMI cable on the TV and allows you to use the streaming services. Instructions on use are at the property.

There is a reverse cycle AC in the lounge, a ceiling fan in one QS bedroom, panel heater in the dining area and panel heaters for the bedrooms.
BATHROOM
The compact main bathroom features a shower over the bath and vanity with a toilet. There is also another separate toilet in the room off the laundry.
OUTDOORS
A generous undercover entertainment area with gas BBQ completes this holiday property. Set in rambling cottage gardens with established mature trees, this really is a great place for families to kick back and relax.
LAUNDRY
There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron in the laundry for your convenience.
PARKING
Under cover carport parking is provided for one car with room for more in the driveway. There is an open storage area where you can hang and wash your bikes - complete with bike racks, a hose and a bike pump. *Please note this area is not lockable.

Please note: The owners will consider pets but only if they are outside. To ensure that Bright Holidays is able to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you pick up after your pets.
