Perfect location and cosy house

The property was big enough to comfortably cater for 17 of us. The location and scenery was magnificent with plenty of activities to do close by, incluiding hand feeding 10 parrots on the deck and watching deer.

A perfect house for a ladies snow weekend

The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The communication with the owner was excellent. The facilities were well suited to a large group. It was a wonderful weekend and we all thoroughly enjoyed Manna Gum. It was such a treat to wake up to snow. The large living room windows overlooking the bush like landscape is perfection! This can be inconvenient when other friends are coming and going, using the laundry facilities while others are sleeping in the room. Thankyou for access to your wonderful property, we had a lovely stay. Some of the issues we had were that the dishes were not clean, when we pulled them out of the cupboard and found many unclean dishes. Also the coffee machine was needing to be descaled. The fit did not draw eell at all as the fly needed clearing, this caused a smoky environment inside. Overall, We felt the property lacked warm, welcoming touches and attention to cleanliness. *

Amazing property and location

The house and the location were amazing, we were a group of three families and the house was large enough to accommodate us all comfortably!! The fire was already going when we arrived and the house was toasty warm! The house was clean and and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We went up mount Buller each day and it was a very short drive to the mountain! Perfect for going with children!!
