Modern building with a Balcony, located In Calgary's stylish and revitalized Beltline. Amazing Unobstructed View of Stampede and Mountains. Outstanding Location: steps to C Train, Saddledome, Stampede Grounds, Sunterra, Elbow River, Repsol Centre and 17th Ave Shopping Dining.FREE PARKING. LRT is just down the street for easy access to the downtown core or Chinook Centre.Please be advised we have several apartments with the same layout, colours may differ from the photo.
The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.2 bedrooms and 2 bathroomFully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster).Smart TV, Netflix and wifi.Washer and dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

1 parking spot is provided for our guests for free.Guests have access to the Gym.Due to COVID access to the Gym is allowed for 28+ days stay. Sorry for the inconvenience.

ATTENTION: according to Calgary STR regulations max capacity of the apartment is 4 Adults. Pets ARE NOT allowed in the building. If you arrive with pets concierge will not allow you to enter. No refund will be provided in this case. This is an ADULT ONLY residence, children are not allowed on the premises.We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an anti fraud measure.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
Dear Guest, Please be informed about the following unit policies: The minimum age for booking is 25 years. All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. Check in is after 3PM until 8PM, check out is before 11AM. Please make special arrangements 24 hours prior to your check in date to check in after 8:00 pm. Late check out is possible upon submission of advance notice. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and noise detector. (no cameras inside the unit). The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, Simply Comfort has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions. Our team will be more than happy to resolve your issues and provide you with a comfortable stay.
