Summary:
Blackbird Property presents their latest holiday home, Northcote Villa, located in gorgeous south Leura
There is no better way to escape, unwind and enjoy the cool mountain delights of this private and luxurious 4 bedroom home which can sleep up to 8 guests. The house is a short 15 minute walk to Leura Mall or a 2 minute drive a features a beautifully renovated kitchen, heating throughout and a wood burning fireplace for the enjoyment of our guests.
The Space:
Bedding Configuration (all linen and towels provided by your host):
Bed 1: Primary Bedroom 1 with Queen Bed & Ensuite
Bed 2: Queen Bed
Bed 3: Primary Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed & Ensuite
Bed 4: Queen Bed
Please note, bedrooms 1-3 are upstairs and each has it's own split-system, reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating units. The downstairs bathroom is heated on the same radiant heating system as the ground floor but it does not have air-conditioning . We have installed a pedestal fan for use in bedroom 4.
Villa Northcote is set over two levels and represents grand living at its best. Downstairs, the spacious floorplan includes a informal living room with wood burning fireplace, large informal living area with Smart TV, large dining area with seating for eight guests, a beautifully renovated kitchen with brand new appliances including a large SMEG freestanding oven, a separate Miele oven and microwave, wine fridge, coffee machine, toaster and essential cooking utensils including crockery, cutlery and a large fridge/freezer.
There is a separate, formal living room at the front of the Villa which ensures guests have their own separate spaces during their stay. This room also has a smart TV but please note this fireplace is not available for guests to use during their stay.
Downstairs is heated via radiant, underfloor heating and has a wood fireplace to ensure that you'll be warm and cosy during your stay.
Each bathroom has it's own bathtub with separate shower with all toiletries and towels provided by your host.
The laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer inside the mudroom/laundry.
Villa Northcote has a beautiful balcony with ample seating for our guests to enjoy as well as a large outdoor dining area and mature cold-climate garden.
Please note:
1. The house only has parking availability for two cars at the front of the house, all other cars will need to be parked on the street.
2. The wood fireplace in the informal living room is available for guests to use with some firewood supplied by your host. The ethanol fireplace is not available for guests to use.
3. By completing this reservation you agree that:
You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $1000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.
Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and garden.

We won't be available in person but are a phone call away if needed.
