Arrive in the living room with beyond-inspired views of Mountain Village and the never-ending peaks of the San Sophia mountain range, with a snug layout near the gas fireplace perfect for nighttime chats with family and friends. Take in the views from the second balcony from the main living area, and enjoy the fire table with seating.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Due to the central location, there's lots of activity around the building during peak seasons.
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- Upon request, the king bed can be split into two twins.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
