Lovely Property with great amenities
Overall great rental property. I What I loved most about the property was the management company. They provided excellent service.
My reasons for renting was a place to reside for a few days before moving abroad. Basically, we needed a place crash as we wrapped up last minute details before our we left the VA area.
The property is nice and my reasons for only 4 stars was because the living room and dining room furniture were quite uncomfortable. The dining room seemed to be an outdoor picnic table with outdoor chairs. The chairs were a bit low for the table and quite uncomfortable. So we could not linger and enjoy our meals. The living room had two stiff loveseats. So it was quite uncomfortable to try and enjoy the tv and relax. Also, the master bedroom had two large skylights over the bed which meant my days started at sunrise as it was difficult to sleep with all the light in the room. Luckily it was just two of us so I found myself sleeping in the extra guest bedroom which was much darker and conducive for sleep. Finally the master bedroom closets faced the bed and had mirrors on the door. I did not enjoy this feature as it is very much goes against Feng Shui principles. It creates disharmony in the room.
However, the property was clean, the kitchen had all the supplies that we needed. We loved having the electric kettle, toaster, microwave and the ample fridge. It had plenty of glasses, plates, cookware, etc. We also appreciated all the extra clean towels, extra clean sheets, and all 3 beds were super comfortable with nice bedding. The house had plenty of tvs although we did not need them all and they had access to things like Netflix which we enjoyed. We used the available wifi the most so we could use our various devices. Finally, we appreciated all the small touches like having coffee/tea supplies, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, paper products, etc. in the kitchen. We also appreciated the shampoos/conditioners, soap, toothbrush/toothpaste supplies in the bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved that.
