Once inside Unit A, the first large bedroom is to your right. This bedroom has two large beds, a large window to allow plenty of natural lighting, and a private bathroom. The private bathroom has a beautiful finish tile shower and large vanity area. The bedroom itself has a large closet and dresser space for you to keep all of your things. Down a long hallway, you’ll find the second bedroom. This large bedroom has tile floors, large closet, and a single queen size bed. This room also has an identical private bathroom as the first bedroom.  This home is set up perfectly for two small families traveling together, or multiple generations under one roof.  The brilliant layout of this home but the private bedrooms on the first floor and the common areas on the second floor, creating a safe, quiet, and private retreat downstairs.  The condo sleeps six comfortably, but if you want to bring an air mattress it can sleep up to eight comfortably.

Upstairs, you will find all of the common areas, including the large living room and fully furnished kitchen.  The living room has a comfortable sofa, additional armchairs, and a large TV. The beautiful tile floors and Spanish theme décor match the whole home together nicely.  The fully furnished kitchen has all the appliances of modern family will need to create meal to enjoy together. A refrigerator, microwave, though, and super quiet dishwasher give the chef of the family everything they need to prepare a meal for the whole group.  A large island extends from the wall and creates an elevated table with seating for eight.  All of the cookware, utensils, and bake ware are included,. A coffee maker and toaster make it easy to start your day right and early with a hot cup of coffee and breakfast.  There is an additional half bathroom located directly off of the kitchen, making it convenient forget to wash up before meals. The home is tiled throughout, and the Spanish accents bring the whole home together in stylish, traditional and sophisticated way. 

One of the highlights of this home is the giant rooftop balcony that overlooks the Sea of Cortez and the city of San Felipe in the distance.   From this private rooftop, you can see out over the other villas, out into the sea, and at the beautiful mountain range in the distance.  Families like to make dinner and eat it up here and watch the nightlife of San Felipe come alive.  The views are unbelievable, and this private rooftop balcony makes a great place for a family photo shoot.  This rooftop balcony is shared by the guest in condo B, which means you’ll have the opportunity to meet new people all the time. 

Once you’re in the condo B, you’ll find the first bedroom immediately to your left. This bedroom has two Queen size beds and a private bathroom, complete with spacious Spanish tiled shower and vanity area. A long hallway leads to a second bedroom, where you’ll find a single Queen size bed and another private bathroom with large shower. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space and dressers to hold your bathing suits and flip-flops. 

Head upstairs and the first thing you’ll notice are the large windows looking out over San Felipe. From the top of the stairs you can look out onto the expansive private balcony where you have an unobstructed view of the gorgeous water and beautiful mountain ranges in the distance. Upstairs you will also find a formal living room, complete with comfortable sofa, coffee table and plenty of natural lighting.

The living room flows effortlessly into the fully furnished kitchen, which has an overextended counter that acts as a snack bar. The kitchen has all of the modern appliances that your family will need to create a delicious meal. Keep leftovers or groceries in the large refrigerator, take advantage of the stove and microwave to heat things up, and the large sink and whisper quiet dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze. There are nine bar stools surrounding the snack bar, creating a casual and comfortable spot for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal.  The kitchen comes with all of the cups, plates, cookware and utensils you’ll need to feed the whole family. Bonus items like a coffee maker and toaster will help get your day started every morning. A half bathroom is conveniently located directly off of the kitchen as well.
