Anglesea Main Beach is located directly across the road from this perfectly positioned double storey townhouse. Enjoy waking up in the morning and wander right across the road to start the day with a refreshing Ocean swim.
The Surf Club and local cafes and restaurants are all within easy reach making this beach property one that offers the opportunity to simply leave the car in the driveway, walk to everything and put your feet up for relaxing and peaceful beach holiday.
Upstairs there is an open plan living and dining room, Kitchen recently been updated with a huge granite benchtop, under bench chairs. This is a great place for casual and carefree days catching up with friends and family, chatting and embracing the stunning coastal environment that is positioned right on the doorstep.
The view from the living room has an aspect orientated towards the Anglesea River, with a landscape view of the trees and coastline towards Point Addis. The other direction offering glimpses of the Ocean and blue sky.
There are 3 bedrooms, the Master has a King Bed with ensuite bathroom, The second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and the third is set up with 1 x Tri Bunk Bed and 1 x Single Bed. All bedrooms have excellent cupboard space and easy access to a bathroom.
This Townhouse is independently positioned from the complex and accessed from Bon Air Avenue, it feels very much like having your own private pathway to the Sea.
Extra conveniences include 3 bathrooms, euro laundry and under cover parking for 2 cars. There are two generously sized entertaining decks, upper & lower level, great for enjoying the east and north sun aspect and perfect place to hide away on a windy day.
This holiday property is set up for flexibility, so caters perfect for singles, couples, and families.
