The Space:
Step into this grand 3BR apartment with Maid's room and enjoy the relaxing ambiance this apartment has to offer as it's with amazing sea views in every corner!

First of, we'll start in the bright living area where a huge comfy couch will welcome you paired with an accentuating powder blue armchair. Sit back and relax as you watch your favourite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen TV equipped with cable channels. Soft carpet and unique pendant lights completes this space.

Right next to it is the luxurious dining area which has a marble-top dining table paired with eight upholstered dining chairs where you and your loved ones can gather and enjoy sumptuous meals while overlooking the full sea views! The kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and silverware, toaster, kettle, and more!

Each of the bedrooms are uniquely designed to suite your taste. All of the three rooms comes with king-sized beds - equipped with comfortable mattresses and fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows while the maid's room has a single bed. Two of the bedrooms have a private balcony with full sea views. Although the third bedroom doesn't have a balcony but still has an amazing sea view by the window.

All the bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and more provided for the guests to ensure that you are all at home!

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the DMCC Metro Station is an 8-minute drive. This connects to the Tram Station that can get you around in Dubai.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
