Summary:
This first floor corner unit condo is located in the Hamptons Lake subdivision of Kings Lake and it has beautiful and expansive views of the native landscape and lake behind the condo. Your accommodations include a King bed in the main bedroom and a Queen bed in the second/guest as well as 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 onsite heated pools along with a Tennis court and there are miles of walking paths/sidewalks that connect the condo to the great Kings Lake neighborhood.
The Space:
This 1300 square foot condo is quite spacious and is laid out to take advantage of natural light, the outdoors and the views! There is one assigned parking space and upon entering the condo you are greeted by a private screened in porch with a 2 top dining set. Upon entering the condo the kitchen will be on your left and there is a 2 top dining set, the laundry closet with the full sized washer and dryer as well as all of the kitchen appliances including a brand new toaster oven. There is a small pass thru to the dining area that allows dishes and meals to easily be passed through.
After leaving the kitchen guests will come to the dining area which has a 6 top dining set along with a chandelier. Continuing on will bring you to the open family room with a sofa, love seat, multiple side tables and a large screen TV. There is a side hallway prior to entering the family room that brings you to the second bedroom. This bedroom has a Queen bed, a large window which lets in lots of light and a big closet. The second full sized bathroom is also located off this hallway and has a shower and tub combo with the shower have a sliding glass door.
In the back of the condo is the main bedroom which has a King Bed, a sliding glass door to the lanai for easy access and an large attached en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a long vanity, a big closet and a glass enclosed shower.
The main feature on the outside of the condo is the extra large corner lanai which is screened and has a beautiful view of the native landscape behind the condo with Slash Pines and Palmetto Palms. Behind this wooded area is a large freshwater lake which is home to many types of wildlife including large wading birds and turtles. On the lanai is a 4 top dining set along with a outdoor couch and 2 arm chairs. There is also a ceiling fan to keep guests comfortable. This residence has numerous fun stuff for the family to enjoy such as pool noodles, beach chairs, 2 bikes, pickleball set, women's golf clubs and more!
Some local attractions and restaurants that Mike Z Rentals recommend is LowBrow Pizza, Celebration Food Truck Park, the Real Macaw and the Naples Botanical Garden. The closest beach to the condo is about 4.5 miles from the condo, right off of 5th Avenue S or any points at the end of each of the Avenues in Naples. A great day trip would be to go to Marco Island or Fort Myers Beach.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.
It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples and Collier County is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 45 minute drive from the home.
There is an additional $100 Condo association application fee along with a $50 per person background check fee NOT INCLUDED in this reservation and paid separate. All applicants must be approved by the Condo Association prior to occupying the condo. Mike Z Rentals LLC will get the appropriate paperwork for approval over once the reservation is made.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
