Open floor plan in the living area, dining and kitchen. The living area has a wall of glass windows and a sliding glass door that opens to a large, private balcony with views of the beach, ocean and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 8 comfortable. There is also a wet bar with an ice maker in the dining area. The master suite has a king bed and a wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to the oceanfront balcony. The luxurious master bath has a walk-in shower, and two separate vanities, each one has a sink. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower with bars and a seat. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, and the bath has a tub/shower combination. The sleeper sofa is in the living area. This vacation retreat is equipped with cable TVs, DVD, wireless internet, wet bar, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central AC/heat. Elevators service all floors and luggage carts are available for guests.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
