This residence features new Pergo flooring on the main level and loft, with the exception of the upstairs primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a king-size bed and air conditioning for a comfortable retreat. Adjacent is the open loft, furnished with a brand-new upholstered trundle daybed, ceiling fan, and A/C, providing additional flexible sleeping space.

On the first floor, the second bedroom includes two full-size beds and is conveniently located near the main living areas. The fully renovated kitchen is well equipped with new cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six.

The inviting living room features a new L-shaped sectional and opens to a private outdoor patio. Enjoy alfresco dining with a high-quality outdoor dining set for six and a gas grill, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or resort.

This is one of the largest townhome floorplans at Ocean Edge Resort and includes a spiral staircase and three split-system A/C units, making it an exceptional Cape Cod getaway.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
