This light and bright home presents an open concept living/dining with newly renovated kitchen and stainless appliances. The first-floor bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, the primary bedroom is on the second level with a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin sized beds with trundle units.

Enjoy the tastefully furnished backyard deck with grill, along with outdoor shower. This property's backyard is adjacent to the locally well-known and loved Chatham Bars Inn Farm, where you can pick up locally sourced fresh produce daily.
There are eight beach hairs for your use.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
