When expansive views, spaciousness and light filled living combine the result is Los Anglesea! With stunning 180- degree views from the ocean and Point Addis, across Anglesea to the Otway State Forest, and positioned in a popular and tranquil location.
The split-level design flows over three floors. The upper-level, North facing and with an infusion of natural light from everywhere features extensive glazing and high ceilings, greatly contributing to a sense of space and grandeur. A freestanding wood burner fire and effortless flow to outdoor entertaining, as well as a generous kitchen and meals area also enjoy the views. The master suite with en-suite, walk-in robe, and private balcony also boasts a king bed where you can lie and soak in the ocean view. Three additional bedrooms are on the middle level along with a family bathroom, and laundry. A rumpus room on the ground floor offers the perfect space for those looking for some quiet time. A double garage has been transformed into a spacious games room with a snooker/pool table and (table) tennis table.
A second deck in the rear garden provides sheltered outdoor living and overlooks an established enclosed garden with a BBQ and plenty of space for back yard games.
High on the hill and located in a quiet and coveted pocket of Anglesea with almost instant access to walking and mountain biking trails. This property is also just moments to beaches, the river, cafes, and shops. Perfect as a holiday haven and the ideal spot for one or two families to come and holiday together.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
