Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.
Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Excellent location close to public transport, the cultural centre and food. Short walk into town. Great views of the city centre . Very clean excellent communication from friendly staff.

Holiday stay
Key pickup is not at location so will need to travel to it, overall good location to stay, carpark on site excellent. Pool great for the kids, place was a little dirty though could be cleaner. Missing a few essentials if you want to use the kitchen ie frypan, oven mit, tongs etc but we made it work. Was a little hard to communicate prior but during was fine - we had a broken latch on the window but they communicated with us during this time (although didn't get fixed). Great view and overall was great for it's price and location. Close to amenities as well.

Incorrectly advertised
Unfortunately, our room did not have a pull out sofa as advertised, and once the property manager arranged for a new room for us, it was in a completely different hotel, and as such we had to go through quite a bit of admin to move into this wanted to be arranged, using up our time that we should’ve otherwise been spending on our holiday otherwise the rooms were perfectly nice

The apartment was dirty when i arrived and alot of broken things. Fridge didn't work, door handle broken on main bedroom door and held together with tape, Window handle broken so window couldn't be closed properly at night, couldnt log onto the internet as it required a useremail and password not the password that was provided to us, and the smell that came from the bathroom was awful. The only good thing was it was within walking distance to BCC and parklands.
