LAGE, LAGE, LAGE.
Dieses Gerät bietet einen Panoramablick auf den atemberaubenden Lake Havasu und die wunderschönen Lichter der Stadt Lake Havasu in der Ferne sowie auf den malerischen Yachthafen und bietet ein offenes Wohnkonzept. Ansichten vom kombinierten Leben, vom Speisen und von der Küche mit einer großen Terrasse weg von der Rückseite (nicht gerade eine Plattform). Entspannen Sie bei einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem Glas Wein und beobachten Sie, wie die Boote im geschützten Yachthafen starten.

Unsere Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich hinter der bewachten Wohnanlage des Havasu Landing Resort & Casino. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein sehr komfortables, großes Pillow-Top-Bett mit eigenem Bad und einer Strand-Up-Dusche mit viel Stauraum. Das Gästezimmer bietet ein großes Etagenbett und ein Queensize-Bett (insgesamt 3 Betten im Gästezimmer) mit viel Stauraum. Das Gästebad befindet sich in der Halle und bietet eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Dieses Gerät bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, bei Verwendung der "L" -Form-Couch sogar für 10 Personen. Gerne können Sie eine Luftmatratze mitbringen.

Großer Grill, Außendusche, viele Parkplätze, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Topftopf, Kochgeschirr, Geschirrspüler, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Decken, Haartrockner, 3 Fernseher (1 Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer und 1 Smart-TV im Gästezimmer) ), Feuerstelle und Free Wifi.

Unser Mobilheim ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Bietet alles Nötige, was Ihr eigenes Zuhause haben würde. Nehmen Sie einfach Ihre Zahnbürste mit und genießen Sie den herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser bei Tag und die atemberaubenden Lichter der Stadt bei Nacht.

Gerne können Sie sich in den unverschlossenen Schränken mit Gewürzen, Kaffee, Erste-Hilfe-Artikeln, Aufbewahrungsbeuteln usw. bedienen.

Die Garage ist für Mieter gesperrt.

In der Gemeinde: Havasu Landing Resort und Casino ist sehr sicher mit 24 Stunden bewachter Sicherheit auf dem Gelände. Es gibt einen Lebensmittelmarkt mit umfassendem Service, der alles bietet, was ein großer Supermarkt bieten würde, sowie einen lokalen Baumarkt, der auch DVD-Verleih und 24-Stunden-Kraftstoff anbietet. Das Landing verfügt auch über einen geschützten Yachthafen und ein Yachthafen-Bootshaus in der Nähe des Bootsanlegers. Sie können tanken, Snacks aufladen, Eis oder einen Bootsbeleg reservieren, um einfach an Ihr Wasserfahrzeug heranzukommen. Das Casino bietet ein Restaurant am Wasser, Live-Musik mit Tanz am Wochenende sowie Video-Poker, Spielautomaten und Kartentische. Die Fahrt mit der Fähre zur London Bridge kostet 2 US-Dollar. 00 / RT. Das Sails Inn bietet das beste hausgemachte Essen im Landing. Alles innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Excellent location and great place to stay at the Landing.

Very comfortable stay and Tracy was great to work with. I have my own place at the Landing, but needed a place to stay while I was in town (I live In Tennessee) since my house is undergoing remodel. Was great to have the internet service also to watch Netflix and have WiFi service.

Nice Lake Getaway

We really loved the place it was very nicely kept and decorated in a nautical theme that was perfect for the lake. Easy access and lots of parking. Kitchen was full stocked with utensils, plates, glasses and pots and pans. Only complaint is that we did not have enough light in the kitchen as a bulb had burned out it maybe a good idea to keep extra bulbs handy for guests. Air Conditioner was great and kept the place nice and cool. We would rent this place again for our annual trip.

Hi Miriam, I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our Havasu House. We try to keep the cabinets stocked with some essentials from home to help make your stay more comfortable, (ie., coffee, sugar, spices, condiments, 1st aid kits, even a bag of rice should you get your phone wet). My apologies about the lights in the kitchen. We have since switched out those light fixtures to accommodate standard bulbs, which will make it easier to to replace should one burn out. Thank you for your review. We hope to have you back in the future when visiting Lake Havasu. I appreciate the "5" star rating..

Perfect place to stay in Havasu

My family and I stayed here for a week In the beginning of August. The unit is right next to the entrance which makes it easy to get to. The only negative is to turn around with a boat you have to go up the street aways. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the back room my husband and two kids all fit comfortably. We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra night. The owner was extremely accommodating and we were able to pay through the VRBO app. Everything was easy which is how a vacation should be. We will be back again! Thank you!

We couldn’t take a shower or cook for the weekend we stayed cause there was no propane and it was way to hot to cook on the bbq..

Excellent value, location & owner accommodations!

I brought my family out boating at Havasu for the first time. We could walk from the boat ramp to the house. We were able to get a slip at the Marina, and everything was super simple! A/C works great, home delivered as promised, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We can't wait to come back.

Nice clean property, extremely close to dock and boat ramp, plenty of towels, friendly neighbors.

Only issue we had was check in time was at 1pm and the code did not work, took us about 20 minutes waiting outside to get ahold of the owner but problem was resolved fast. Great location and very good price for size. Would stay here again.

Perfect location for a Havasu getaway!

We enjoyed our weekend at Havasu Landing. The house was clean, comfortable, and SO close to the water. The evening views were relaxing and just what we needed. Being able to wake up and launch the boat so close to the house was awesome. We usually stay on the other side of the water. Being on this side was so much more mellow and relaxing. This house has it all. We will def be back. Thank your Tracy for allowing us to enjoy your Havasu home.

Walking distance to casino, market, boat docks. ++++

Had a beautiful view. Easy access to all amenities. Comfortable home for my family. Would definitely recommend staying here. Would like to return and stay again. Maybe next year. Thank a bunch had a blast! Much appreciated.

Happily married, empty nesters, family of four and love the out doors. We've been visiting Lake Havasu since before the kids were born and now we are so blessed to be able to visit at a moments notice.

We have been enjoying Lake Havasu for over 30 years. We decided to finally purchase this home so we can enjoy this great place year round. We wanted to be on the lake where the water is warmer than the river with a larger body of water, but you still have the option to go up or down river. What we love about Havasu Landing is that is offers year round sports. In the warmer months, you have water sports. In the cooler months, this great place offers off roading and dessert fun.

We love the location of this due to the fact that there are so many fun things to do at "The Landing", you also have the option to take the ferry across the lake into Havasu City AZ if you don't have a boat of your own. There are a variety of restaurant, bars & bubs to choose from. Just be sure to check the time of the last boat coming back.
