This rental is spacious and comfy with central air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, 2 flat screen TV's, and a full backup generator!

First Floor: Sunporch with dining, library with television, formal living room and dining, and a newly furnished entertainment and TV room with a washer and dryer closet. The kitchen has 2 pantries, Mr. Coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster oven. A newly renovated bathroom with combination tub and shower connects to a private large master bedroom with a queen bed.

Second Floor: Three nice bedrooms gives you the feel of a cozy, delightful Bed and Breakfast. The Blue Room with a queen bed has been newly decorated. The Green Room with two twin beds is bathed in sunlight from two side windows, and the Yellow Room is cozy with its double bed. A full bath with combination tub and shower supports these bedrooms. This home has all the space you will need.

Amenities: Wireless internet, central air conditioning, portable fans, full kitchen, drip and perk coffee makers, washer and dryer, 2 televisions with cable, patio with Weber gas grill and outdoor dining for 10, outdoor games including Bocce, and most importantly... you will never be in the dark with the automatic house generator.
