The Space:
Enjoy this large 3 bedroom farmhouse as you explore all that Prince Edward County has to offer!

Farmhouse PEC is a 150 year old farmhouse updated with modern amenities, the house sits on a knoll with unobstructed views all around.

Queen beds, dine in kitchen, dining room, living room, room, piano room. TV and wifi. Minutes to Hillier wineries and Millenium Trail by bicycle. Wellington 5 min drive. Farmhouse PEC includes a BBQ, fire pit and a Sandbanks Park pass.

This home is fully licensed as per Prince Edward County STA bylaws. #ST-2019-0311
The bylaw stipulates the maximum capacity of the property is 6 people.

Prince Edward County is a very special place. You may find yourself here one weekend, falling in love and moving permanently, a large number of people have. Affectionately known as "The County" the area is comprised of small villages and hamlets scattered amongst farm fields and quaint shops. Located in Lake Ontario you will fall in love with the people, the food, nature, and art. The area hosts 3 provincial parks and over 800km of shoreline.

Getting Around:
Visiting Prince Edward County does require your own vehicle. There is no public transit or Uber in The County, although we do have a number of taxi companies and car for hire services.

Other Things to Note:
A rental agreement with Places in PEC is required to be signed, it is an e-signature document that will be sent though the booking channel, please check your spam folder. Once returned your booking is 100% confirmed. This is requires as we are a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and we do not own the property we manage it on behalf of the owners.

Farm house rental

Idealistic setting, quiet and serene. Lots of outdoor and indoor space. Great furniture, and the fans made a huge difference keeping everything cool. It is a farm house so if you are looking for something updated or modern this is not for you. It was a nice bonus to have use of the Ontario provincial park pass; we found there was lots to do and explore.

Cutest farmhouse!

We had a great stay at the farm house! It was very spacious and there were multiple seating areas to enjoy the beautiful property. It’s an older home in the countryside, so expect a few bugs, but that didn’t really bother us much. Overall, we had a great stay!

Home away from Home

We loved our stay at this farmhouse property! It felt like coming home as soon as we pulled in the driveway. It was very clean and welcoming, check in was a piece of cake, so quiet and comfortable - it was a perfect spot for a much needed break!

Lots of space in the farmhouse. Loved the natural surroundings and quiet. Nice beach nearby. Will be trying to come back next summer.

Appréciation

La propriété était très bien. Propre et les chambres confortables. Beaucoup d’espace de lumière et d’aération. Cependant nous étions venus dans la région pour faire du vélo. Nous étions donc un peu loin de nos points de départ. Et comme la propriété est en grande campagne, le soir nous ne pouvions pas sortir pour marcher. Nous avons toutefois bien apprécié notre séjour.
