A modern, spacious and fun place for a family gathering to celebrate a college graduation! The openness allowed 8 of us to cook and eat and relax together as well as the adult children to play foos ball downstairs. We enjoyed catching up around the fire out and soaking in the hot tub. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this amazing home!

I was visiting Portland with my partner and four of our best friends. The location of the house is excellent being a block from Mississippi Ave and just a few mins from I-5. We all appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was within the neighborhood. We also really appreciated having king size beds in 4 of the 5 bedrooms and multiple full bathrooms. We all found our beds very comfortable with great pillows! The fire pit outside was also very nice for night time. The private parking with a gate was also another great perk because we didnt have to worry about street parking, although the back alleyway and opening/closing the gate was a chore because we rented a Yukon but a smaller vehicle would have no issue.Unfortunately the hot tub was not operable although our host did make efforts to have it repaired but alas the parts needed werent available in tome for us before our departure. Our host graciously worked with us to give a small refund to compensate for the inconvenience which we greatly appreciated. There were some minor opportunities for cleaning in the kitchen, which we shared with our host, and they were quick to offer a solution. However all of our bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with no issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it would’ve been near perfect if the hot tub was operable. Great location, plenty of space, comfy beds, and a complimentary bottle of wine made for a very nice trip!

Our experience was disappointing, and the way our concerns were handled afterward added to that disappointment.We understand the listing included a disclaimer and guests should review details before booking. However, we felt relying on the disclaimer alone did not adequately address the impact the issues had on our stay.This was a meaningful trip for our group of seven longtime friends flying in from New York and Rhode Island to spend time together. When the stay fell short, the impact went beyond a typical inconvenience. We cannot recreate this gathering or recover our guests’ travel expenses.After raising our concerns, iTrip Vacations Northwest offered a fraction of the reasonable reimbursement we required ted, but management stated their offer was the max available.We were also offered a discount toward a future stay at another property. While we appreciate the gesture, we did not feel this was a fair substitute. A future discount requires us to spend more money and book again, while doing nothing to address the disappointment, additional soaking pool expense, or the travel involved in this trip.We appreciate the response and partial compensation, but we felt the disclaimer and predetermined refund limit took precedence over a genuine effort to make things right.We share this feedback so future guests can make informed decisions. We hoped for a more equitable resolution that recognized the money, travel, and planning invested in this gathering.

Great Portland Rental

We rented the 5-bedroom "Mississippi Villa" over Thanksgiving. The house was in great shape, and I appreciated that the kitchen had reasonable equipment, unlike many other rentals. The location was terrific as we were one street away from a collection of restaurants. coffee and unique shops. We had a few questions, and iTrip's customer care was helpful and prompt.

Great spot for a friends weekend

Plenty of rooms and well spaced so everyone felt they had privacy. Close to shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well appointed, hot tub was a great add. Overall great stay!

We were here for a family wedding and the house was amazing. There was plenty of space for all of us, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of coffee, food, etc. The house made our family weekend perfect.
