The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north Scottsdale. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath, walk-in closet and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers another King bed and TV w/ walk-in closet. The living area offers another HUGE TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in unit. All TV's are Smart TV's and cable as well. A Pack n Play and High chair is provided as well in the condo so you can pack less!

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 2 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"!

We had a great stay here for several nights. Condo had everything we needed. Loved that there were big TVs in living rooms and both bedrooms. Also appreciated the split floor plan with king beds in both bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Beautiful AZ stay!

Location is easy trip from the airport, 20 minutes or so. The condo was spotless and very well appointed. A welcome basket with water chips and salsa greeted us. The property host reached out to me to answer any questions and thoughtfully put on the air and lights for our arrival. A welcome book with favorite places to eat and sites to see was helpful too. Beach towels for the 2 pools were provided. A great kitchen and pantry made meals a breeze. Would stay there again!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started by having to ask multiple times for check in instructions. They did not come until we were literally getting on the plan to fly across the country. Not a good feeling not knowing if we even had a place to stay. The code sent ended up being the wrong one, and we were text on a @icloud so I couldn’t call. Fortunately we did get the correct code quickly. Pool heater was not turned on until the last day. Too cold to use. Only one pool heated and with heater on was uncomfortable. Was looking forward to sauna and steam room, both closed indefinitely; sign said until further notice..looked closed for awhile. The bathrooms were unacceptable. We had to clean the shower to use it. It was disgusting and the shower curtains were straight up gross, I’ll try to upload a picture. Anyways. Nice area and condo. Mostly bad experience.

Winter in Signature

I loved this condo. I have stayed for many winters in Signature. This condo was well equipped. The chairs and couch were comfortable and not broken. The beds were great. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Every room had a working TV connected to cable. I have stayed in Signature and the owners removed the cable. Cable is included in the HOA so it made no sense. The remotes worked too. I can’t tell you how much I appreciative this condo. Everything was in very good shape
