Relax and unwind in the beautifully-appointed second floor condo right on Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy sweeping water views and views of Provincetown and the Pilgrim Monument from the main living area and balcony deck of the "Beach Penthouse". This spacious, two-bedroom end-unit has all the comforts of home and then some. Sleeps four.

From the main entrance head down the hall to the main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a comfortable sectional (with sleep sofa), flat screen smart TV with cable (YouTube TV cable service provided. Stream additional content with your own accounts), gas fireplace, ceiling fan and amazing water views. A slider from the living room leads to the balcony deck with outdoor lounge furniture. Enjoy blue skies and endless water views by day and twinkling stars and sparkling Provincetown by night.

The living room opens to the dining area with large dining table seating six and the kitchen beyond. The nicely equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, counter seating, high-end stainless appliances including a solid surface stove and plenty of workspace.

Down the hall are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The roomy primary bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with tub/shower. A slider leads to a small balcony with views of the beautiful dunes and Pilgrim Lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom has a shower. Convenient in-unit washer/dryer located in a closet off the hall.

Central air conditioning, custom finishes, high ceilings, modern decor and wood floors throughout main living spaces and bedrooms, tile in bathrooms.

The exclusive use balcony with outdoor seating is a wonderful spot for your morning coffee, a good book and an evening cocktail.

Enjoy direct access to the association beach below via a staircase from the common area. Beach varies with tides.

The unit is conveniently located on the shuttle route. Leave the car behind and head into Provincetown for amazing restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment, night clubs, whale watches, fishing charters and other fun on the water. Take the shuttle or drive to Race Point Beach or Herring Cove Beach--two of the best in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Six-minute drive to Truro Vineyards for wine tasting, less than a ten-minute drive to Highland Lighthouse for tours and amazing ocean views or Payomet Performing Arts Center for live, outdoor concerts.

- We had a great vacation in this spacious, beautiful condo! The deck was great to wake up and have a cup of coffee. Our son loved being able to play in the sand on the first level during high tide and playing at the beach during low tide. Proximity to Provincetown and Wellfleet was excellent. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
