The space
The brand new townhouse is laid out over three levels. The ground floor kitchen leads onto the covered backyard space. Daydream in the hanging chair or enjoy lounging on the outdoor sofa. A brand new BBQ is waiting to be used just by you. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and a coffee machine and, of course, everything else you need for cooking.
On the next floor up is the living and dining room. Tastefully decorated in ethical, classy furniture pieces and accessoires to welcome you into the "belly" of the house. Here you can sit on the spacious 3 seater sofa, watch TV, have dinner, or work if needed.
Half way up to the next floor is the bathroom with modern dark tiles, black tabs, a beautiful stone basin, Bath tub and separated shower.
Further up is the maisonette bedroom with a queen sized bed and very comfortable mattress.
