Wandern, Golf & Entdecken: Ruidoso Rückzugsort mit Terrasse!

We're glad y'all had a great stay, Catherine! We also eat almost all of our meals out on the deck whenever we're there 😁👍

Thanks for staying , Suzy! Come back anytime!

From the owner: "We appreciate the feedback, Darbi, and we're sincerely sorry for the initial stinky issues with the kitchen sink. We've spoken with our house cleaner to make sure things stay tidy for future guests, we hope you can come back and stay with us!"

Thanks for the kind words, Deidre! We're glad you enjoyed your stay! Unfortunately sometimes those 4 parking spots fill up in the summer, but thankfully the large parking lot is just down the sidewalk on the opposite side of the building, which always has plenty of spots 👍. You're welcome back anytime, thanks for choosing to stay at our condo!

From the owner: "Thanks for the kind words, Richard! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and got to grill up some tasty burgers on the deck!"

Hi Carlos, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We are sorry you weren't 100% satisfied with your stay. Mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past, however, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that this specific mattress did not suit your personal preference. We welcome any specific feedback that could've made your stay even better. We are accustomed to providing a 5-star experience for all of our guests and making your time at our home the best it can be. We will continue to strive for excellence.

Hi Guy, the homeowner would like to share the following: "We're glad you enjoyed your stay, but are sorry to hear you were having trouble with the living room TV. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, based on your feedback we will be updating the pre-stay instructions so we can continue to improve for future guests."

From the owner: "Thank you so much for the review, Sarah! We're thrilled your family had such a great time! The Pac-Man game is my kids' favorite too. Come back and stay anytime!!"

From the owner: "Monica, we're so thrilled you returned to stay at our condo again! I'm glad your family enjoyed the upgrades with the comfy reclining couch, new bunk beds, and the video game arcade. Our kids love playing that too! Summer is absolutely an awesome housekeeper and I'm glad to hear she was able to accommodate y'all. Thanks for staying again, you're welcome back anytime!"

From the owner: "Brad, we appreciate your kind words and are so glad you enjoyed the stay, and congrats on yall's engagement, we're thrilled we got to be a part of it! You're welcome back any time!"

From the owner: Monica, I am so very sorry that you had the experience that you did, that is inexcusable! Thank you so much for bringing all of this to our attention, I immediately contacted our property manager and cleaner and discussed the lapse in cleaning with her to make sure this doesn't happen again. I'll be reaching out to you directly to try to help make this right. We're glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay at our home!

Shared from the owner: Maribel, thank you so very much for your kind words! This is exactly the type of experience we were hoping to provide for guests when we set up and stocked the cabin, and we're thrilled you had such a great time with your family! We'd love to have you back any time!
