Welcome to AZ5C Destinations Climate House. Each of our homes draws inspiration from AZ’s “5 Cs” (Climate, Copper, Citrus, Cotton, Cattle) to honor the role they serve in cultivating our state’s economy and to celebrate what it means to experience Arizona. Every historic feature is reimagined to provide a touch of modern AZ culture for our guests and provide an authentic, luxurious and extraordinary experience during your stay.

The space This Arcadia masterpiece was carefully crafted to optimize Arizona’s unbeatable year-round weather. The Climate House boasts a bright, open Main Home, spacious resort-style backyard, and fully equipped Guest Home.

Main Home: Upon entry, guests are greeted by a glass-doored, 8-foot- high stone wine cellar and one of two master bedrooms. Past that awaits the communal fixture of the main home, an open-concept great room, dining area, and kitchen.18-foot ceilings, oversized windows, and a 4-wide sliding glass door ensure plenty of natural light. Indulge in the oversized, 12-person couch. Catch up with friends over a game of shuffleboard. Cozy up to the modern gas fireplace. Dine on a custom, hand-crafted dining room table. Or hone your culinary skills in the chef’s kitchen complete with a center island, gas range, and two breakfast bars. The great room is flanked by the Main Home’s remaining 3 bedrooms: The primary Master Bedroom with a soaking tub and his/her shower and two en-suite Guest Rooms.

Guest Home: Across the backyard, ascend the stairs to this secluded 600+ sq. ft. guest home complete with a King-sized bed and twin trundle, full kitchen, dining space, and full bath. The guest home also serves as easy access to a full kitchen for the outdoor dining area.

Backyard: Indulgers… relax and soak up the year-round sun in any number of hammocks and lounge chairs surrounding the pool (maybe heated during fall/winter months with advance notice and fee), and head to the rooftop deck at sunset for picturesque views of Camelback Mountain. Entertainers… play host at the outdoor dining area, complete with built-in BBQ, gas fireplace, outdoor dining table, ping pong table, and putting green.

This home operates on a tankless water heater. Please allow ample time for water to get hot at each water source.

Gym equipment: In consideration of the use of the exercise equipment, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the Host, Property Owner, and its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest(s) in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment or facilities, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the Host or Property Owner. I agree to conduct myself in a controlled manner while using the equipment and to refrain from using the equipment in any manner other than that for which it is intended. I understand and acknowledge that the use of the equipment involves the risk of serious injury, permanent injury, and even death. Consult your physician prior to the use of this equipment.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not allow any parties. If people are intending to come in groups the outside area is off-limits past 10 pm due to our neighborhood. Kindly acknowledge this upon booking.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under HomeSlice Insurance!


The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay are your responsibility and are not covered under damage protection.

House Rules
• No smoking
• No parties or events without permission
• Confetti and glitter are not allowed
•Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. NO FLUSHABLE WET WIPES OR FEMININE PRODUCTS. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge for the cost of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.

Please: *No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows outside.

If you want the pool to be heated, it will be an extra $90 per night booked.
Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine.
This will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages

The pool will not heat up like the hot tub. It will warm up the water, but it still depends on the outside temperature.

No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.

No lifeguards will be on duty.

Owners are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

Note: Security camera system is at the house for your own safety and for insurance liability reasons with the pool.
There are 2 cameras on the property. One is facing the pool in the backyard, the second one is at the front door facing outside. The cameras do not record videos but take pictures when movement is detected.

ROOFTOP DECK RULES: Please take care ascending and descending the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck. Watch for sand that has been tracked from the deck onto the stairs. Use the handrails while on the staircase. The staircase may only be used by one guest at a time. MAXIMUM occupancy on the rooftop deck is 4 persons.

IMPORTANT: Please note yard/landscaping management occurs once a month and pool maintenance once per week. Days/times fluctuate. We apologize for any inconvenience these disturbances may cause… but keeping the home beautiful for you and future guests is our top priority.

Awesome house in Arcadia/Scottsdale
Amazing house and super convenient location to everything around the Arcadia/Scottsdale area requiring just a short Uber/Lyft. Really impressed with how clean the home was and the spacious layout of the main room. We had 14 guys for the weekend which is how many people could actually have a bed in reality. The outdoor area was also really nice for hanging in the pool or playing any games.
