Cosy and bright, the open-plan living space at Walk to the Water offers a comfy corner for winding down in front of the TV, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen for whipping up the sides to go with your favourites hot off the BBQ grill.

Lay out a spread of holiday snacks on the outdoor table and pour yourself a cold one in preparation for a serious game of backyard cricket! Cool off with a quick nip to the beach for a swim, then pull up a bean bag on the lawn and chill. You’re on holiday now!

Three bedrooms, one in the main house and two in the detached sleepout, comfortably sleep up to six guests here. This really is the perfect setup for a family with older kids; the sleepout complete with its own deck being the ideal haven for kids to make their own.

When it’s time to grab some takeaways, an ice-cream, or to top up on supplies, the Whangamata town centre is only three minutes’ drive from your home away from home. If you just fancy your morning coffee fix, wander up to Blackies Café at the surf club. Go on, grab a cake as well!

Please be aware the sleepout at this property is accessed externally and the bathroom is inside the main dwelling.

The sleepouts are suitable for teenagers/children as it contains bunk beds and the top bunk is only suitable for a childs weight.

This property offers 2 toilets and one shower so large families will need to be mindful of this. There is an outdoor cold shower also available

Please be aware that while pets are allowed inside this property, they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
