Welcome to Linderhof Strasse Retreat! Our cozy chalet offers a peaceful getaway for families and their furry companions. Enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains with nearby ski resorts, shopping, and dining. With three living areas, three bedrooms, and a fenced backyard, it's the perfect spot for relaxation.

The Space:

* LIVING AREA: This home features not one but THREE living areas with plush seating, natural light, and cozy touches. The downstairs living room has a large Smart TV ensures you can access your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. etc. plus a DVD player.

* KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen offers plenty of space and basic tools & utensils to cook delicious meals at home. The dining area seats 6.

* BED & BATH: This home sleeps ten guests in three bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom, and 2 pull-out couches each with a queen bed (one upstairs, one downstairs). Each of the 2 full bathrooms has a walk-in shower.

* OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES: The lush outdoor area has a fenced-in backyard (great for dogs!), and a deck area with seating and a grill.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Hair dryers are provided in each of the bathrooms. Towels, sheets, and basics are also provided.

This home uses a self-check-in system with an automatic lock.

* Do not use the woodstove in the living room.

* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (drivers license)

*All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.

Dog allowed - The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.

* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)

No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

* No fireworks

* There is a 24-hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only

Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

* Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys

* Follow check-out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc
