This charming canal house combines the best of both worlds, with ocean and canal views, a private pier, and a floating dock in your backyard. Launch your kayak each morning or spend afternoons fishing right from the pier.

The home features a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, ROKU TVs with streaming capabilities, a DVD player, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer. The three bedrooms include queen beds in the first two bedrooms and a double bed plus bunk set in the third bedroom, perfect for kids. Two bathrooms ensure convenience for your group.

Additional amenities include a screened porch, sun porch, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. You’ll be just a short walk from the beach, fishing pier, general store, and ice cream shop, with restaurants, shops, and Sunday night concerts at the pavilion by the bridge only a few minutes away.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and towels are provided.
