This condo is located just off the Branson strip and is minutes from everything Branson has to offer. This recently updated property has plenty of space for family gatherings and has an onsite indoor pool and hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round! This is a second-floor unit, but it is just three steps to walk right in!

The open living room and dining room is the highlight of this property. The new modern furniture perfectly fills the space. The open concept makes it so everyone can be part of the fun of cooking a meal, enjoying a movie, or playing a game. We've included everything you need for you to enjoy on your vacation. The kitchen comes with everything you need to make your favorite meal for your family. Why wait in long lines when you can enjoy your favorite recipes right in your home-away-from-home? We have it all. Between the spacious dining area and large breakfast bar there is seating for everyone! The living room features a large new smart TV. This is the perfect place to have a family movie night while enjoying the electric fireplace. The living room opens to a large, covered deck with comfortable seating. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee or evening snack while enjoying the peaceful view of the Ozark Mountain hills.

Our guests tell us that the beds in our properties are some of the most comfortable they have ever slept on, and this condo is no exception! This property has new king mattresses. Both bedroom suites have luxury bedding and an attached full bath - both with double sinks! We have included a flat screen television in each room as well so everyone can watch what they want while on vacation. The primary king bathroom also has a large, jetted tub/ shower combo. The new sofa in the living room doubles as a sleeper sofa - perfect for extra guests. There is also a pack-n-play in the condo. This unit sleeps up to six guests.

Our stay

Property was clean, had plenty of dishware, flatware, pots and pans, coffee pot etc. it was nice and close to the main strip and not too far from silver dollar city. The jets for the pool area hot tub didn’t work and there was a sign at the entrance to the pool that said “no children in diapers allowed,” which was disappointing. The fire Marshall came for an inspection toward the end of our stay, but we did get notice 24 hours in advance. Overall though, we had a nice time.

Easy peasy!

I took my daughter and her two teenage kids to Branson for spring break. It was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone, well stocked kitchen, nice parking right in front of unit and easy to check in and out. Close to many attractions and restaurants.

Christmas family vacation

Was a great clean place to stay. Heater worked great. Balcony was beautiful. Pool/hot tub a plus with kids. Conveniently located! Only down side is you can hear everyone above you. Owners are great. A ton of board games for us. Overall would go back again.

Amazing host and perfect place for a family.

Very well kept property. Very home like feeling. Everything you will need to cook and take care of yourself. Owners were extremely responsive and wonderful. Would stay here again if back we are back in the area. Very convenient location to the strip and lakes

Best location in Branson!

We've stayed in Branson several times but I'm not very good at picking out the perfect location despite our frequent visits. Well, that changed with this trip when we stayed in The Foothills. We were literally 5 minutes from anywhere without being in the middle of traffic. It was great. Even better, the condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and an attached bath both with 2 bowl sinks. I saved the homeowner's phone number in my contacts as we will be calling on them again when we come to Branson. Perfect!!

Our stay at Branson Condo

Was very very pleased with the location and very easy to get out on 76 or take back colored routes. Loved the quite time after 10:00 pm. The 1st bedroom head board was not attached to the frame so it made a noise when you turned over. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee was available. I was told there was not a crockpot but we found one in bottom cabinets which was a nice surprise!! Only thing i would say is floors looked clean but you barefeet were dirty after walking around in the condo. All in all we would definitely stay again at this condo. Thankyou.

Weekend Getaway

Our family planned a short 4 day trip to Branson & wanted a place that would house our family of 4 + grandmother & have all of the amenities of a hotel. VRBO’s are the way to go, you definitely get your bang for your buck! This rental had 2 gorgeous bedrooms w/ king beds in each one along with a pull out couch. They also provided games for some fun along with some light snacks. We wanted a place that had an indoor heated pool along with a hot tub. This had it as well as a sauna! The check in was seamless & didn’t require a stop at the office to register or get parking passes. We had the door code and pool code emailed to us and were able to walk right in. Check out was just as smooth. An email with the couple required items to do was received the day before we left & only took a few minutes to complete. Things that could make the trip top notch: - Provide pool towels so we don’t have to bring our own or use the bath towels and then wash them. - Supply salt and pepper and cooking spray - Have a few Tupperware for use. My only complaints are: the dryer didn’t work. We ran it 3 times and our clothes were still damp. That’s not the end of the world and I did not call it in, so not a ding on the owner. The people staying upstairs were loud at night. We could hear them walking and what sounds like moving furniture at 1 am. Again, not the owners fault, but the walls and floor are thin.

It was great some appliances older and not working as desired, what I reported was fixed quickly.

It was very nice, not enough hot waer to use tub but hot water tank was replaced the very next day when I made them aware. dryer was intermittantly working some times had heat and more often did not. Idid not report this however.

Nice location & Clean property.

The property was nicely decorated and very clean. Beds and pillows were nice. It was a very clean property. It's not far from the strip so easy to get in and out. I always have a sound machine to shut out any noises, but these condo's are not well insulated. I could hear the person upstairs open the sliding closet door, and patio door. But we weren't in the condo that much, and the person above was pretty quiet.

home away from home

great space if you want to feel at home for an extended stay. Plenty of storage, nice-sized rooms, massive kitchen. convenient location, quiet complex, lots of natural light. It is the middle level of a 30-year old building, so we could feel the frequent opening and closing of the upstairs neighbors' sliding glass door.

The overall property is really nice. There needs to be better housekeeping but i did email and spoke to the people in charge. Its more of an apartment setting , so some noise from people upstairs. Overall our stay was enjoyable... very very comfortable beds

Foothills condo

Condo is close to lots of stuff. Beds were very comfortable. Decor was modern and new. Recliners in the living room were an added bonus! Communication was extremely good. Everything was really clean except the tubs and toilets in the bathrooms and I called and they immediately took care of it and made it right above and beyond. We like to spend our mornings sitting outside for a few hours on the deck, The condo back deck sits on the busy yellow route so it was noisy with traffic but you only hear it when your outside so that's why I gave it a 4 star.
