Wake up to the soothing sounds of the sea in this gorgeous 2BR apartment with Mollymook Beach literally outside your front door. The space is sunny and bright, the wide balcony allowing light to stream into the beautifully decorated open-plan living/dining. Kick back and relax with a wine on the balcony, gazing at those views after a relaxing day at the beach.
Start up the BBQ, order in take-away or wander round the corner to one of the many eateries in the area for dinner. If cooking takes your fancy, the kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need including a dishwasher and an espresso machine for a true barista coffee. The main bedroom has a King bed and desk, and there are two single bunks sleeping four in the second bedroom. A portacot is also available for little ones.
With air-conditioning in the living area, and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, you'll be comfortable, while a smart TV and, games and books provide plenty of entertainment. Outside, you're spoiled for choice with a pool, tennis court and a communal BBQ and eating area in the complex, right opposite the beach. The bathroom is bright and modern with both a shower and a bathtub, and a separate full laundry is included for your convenience. All boxes ticked!

This holiday apartment sits towards the south end of Mollymook Beach, just near the surf club and patrolled beach area, the golf club and the famous Bogey Blow Hole. Mollymook Beach is a popular holiday destination, known for its stunning beaches and delightful eateries, including the famous Bannisters Pavilion, which is walkable or just a short drive away. The well-known Asian fusion restaurant, Gwylo, and Rick Stein's Bannisters by the Sea are only a little further north. The heart of Mollymook is a short stroll away, providing further cafes and shops, and Ulladulla is only a few kilometres south with all that a larger township offers, including cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques.
The charming historical Milton town is a short drive north, with its art galleries and antique stores.
Whether you enjoy swimming, surfing, golf or walking, there's so much to do outdoors in this beautiful locale.
