Enter a huge open living room and modern, well-equipped kitchen. With plush, comfortable seating and an immense flat-screen, this is the perfect gathering spot for the group. The kitchen has gleaming counters, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient five-seat breakfast bar. A large, 10-person dining table is available for larger meals.

The Neighborhood:
All guests must be registered on the property gate access guest list. All drivers must have a valid Driver's License identification card matching the name registered on the guest list.

And, if you’re lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. Getting Around:
Rental car is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.

3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

4. POOL/SPA HEAT IS FREE FOR STAYS OF 5 DAYS AND LONGER. For stays 4 days or less, there is an additional fee. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.

5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.

6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

7. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.

8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

9.This will be a self-catering house.
