Flies can increase if doors are left open for an extended period, and their life span is typically less than 24 hours. - We appreciate you bringing the cleanliness issues to our attention. We will address the concerns with our cleaning service. - The broken floor edging is covered with a carpet and has never been a problem. To encounter this issue, furniture would need to be moved, but we're sorry if this had a negative impact on your stay. We wish you had brought your concerns to our attention earlier in your stay. We would have been more than happy to assist you and remedy any issues or concerns you may have had. We could have moved you to another location, or refund you for the days not spent at the property. We want to ensure all of our guests are happy. - We were surprised by your comment about the fire extinguisher and wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact.
