The living room space, kitchen, and dining area have a modern flair. The fully-equipped kitchen will provide you with delicious meals prepared by the chef in the family! There is a breakfast island with seating for 5 guests and the formal dining room has space for up to 10 guests. Cozy up on the comfortable oversized sofa and gather together to watch a movie on the 85" Smart TV.

Venture outside to the patio to enjoy the beautiful golf course views. At Modern Sunset Mansion, you will have a private pool, spillover spa, and summer kitchen with BBQ grill. Soak up the sun's rays while enjoying a refreshing swim in the infinity edge pool or relax on the sun loungers. Prepare a BBQ meal and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table with space for up to 10. As the day draws to a close, you'll want to grab your camera to capture the gorgeous sunsets from the west-facing patio!

You and your loved ones can choose one of the six bedrooms of your choice. All come with Smart TV's for your enjoyment. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in beds that range from king to double beds. Bedrooms are very spacious and luxurious. Kids will adore the Candy Land-themed bedroom with a set of double bunk beds. They'll fall asleep dreaming of sugar plums and have sweet dreams!

• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
