We absolutely loved this property! With 3 little ones, having the convenience of the pool and beach within walking distance was a no brainer and allowed us to use that to our advantage every day; multiple times a day. Comfortability at its finest. The condo itself was so homey I was ready to move in. 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly for us, no one ever felt on top of one another in any area of the home. Then you have the convenience of taking a short drive and or walk to the resort area for coffee, breakfast, dinner, shopping, ice cream, arcade, etc. we truly felt like everything was at this location and we hardly had to leave. I could go on and on… We decided last minute that we wanted to book another night and the communication was fast and easy. Needless to say, we hope to stay many more nights in this specific condo in the future. Book it!

Just what we needed

We love The Beach Club and have stayed in Avalon twice now. This listing was spacious, right off the elevator, and just what we needed for our family get away.

We had a great stay with comfy beds, spacious rooms and patio decks, and perfect weather. The place was secure and quiet. The kitchen well stocked. Staff was great too. The pool and hot tub were nice touches but the real star was the white-sand beaches just a few steps from the accommodations. We had a few issues but calls to maintenance took care of them. It would also have been nice to explain that amenities cited in the listing, such as racket sports, gym, spa and bicycling were only offered for an additional 55 per person per day. That was way too high.

Great condo

Our condo in Avalon was great. Kitchen cabinets were labeled so finding and placing dishes was easy. Communication was very good regarding checking and departure. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent Location and Very Nice Unit

The unit was as described and was in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend, beds were comfortable and unit was very spacious with an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico.No issues with parking, elevators, or beach access as you may get with some of the 'mega' condos down the road.The included activities pass was a very nice addition, round of golf and the fishing excursion were both excellent deals.

Wonderful!

Great condo. We didn’t do a lot of cooking in the condo but the kitchen was spacious and fridge was really big so that was great! The rooms were nice and cozy and I loved the black out curtains in each room for sleeping in. We had 8 people and we were comfortable. The condo was clean and we will definitely be back. It was so much fun! Thank you!

Amazing stay

This was our first stay at this resort and as soon as we got in the car leaving we were emailing trying to book our stay for next year. Our condo was incredible! The only thing that would have been over the top nice to have would have been an air fryer, a lot of other units had these bc our friends were there. Our kids were heaven. This unit was so clean, beds were incredible, view was breathtaking and we did not want to leave. We actually extended our stay by a day and even that was so easy to do. Everyone on the grounds were pleasant and the kids activities were so cute! I highly recommend staying here!!!

August 8-15 family vacation.

The condo was very nice. It had 3 bedrooms all had their own full bathrooms. 1 king bed that was very comfortable. The 2 other bedrooms had queen sized beds, that the adult aged kids said were also very comfortable. We were on the 7th floor with a great view of the pool and gulf. It was very easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely recommend this condo. We had 6 adults in our group and had plenty of room. The pictures of the condo are exactly what we rented.

The property was just as it was listed. It was clean, well maintained and right on the beach. We could never get the wifi to connect but we made worked around it with it personal phones. The beds were comfortable and linen clean. There was also enough towels for everyone. We got confused when trying to initially find the building from the address that was given but we got help from someone who worked on the property. Instructions were clear for check in and check out, and there was open email communication during the entire time of our stay. Although the weather didn't hold up for more outdoor activities, we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony taking in the view of the beach and ocean. I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to book this unit.
