Comfortable and close to the beach!

Very comfortable beach house with views of the water. Just a block away from the beach, clean and very new construction. A perfect spot for our family to enjoy our stay. The owners and property manager were fantastic.

Awesome vacation

We love the ease of the home. It was a clean tidy home with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. My husband loved the fact that the beach wasn't crowded and sat on the deck listening to the waves. It was a minute walk to beach and there are 2 bar and grill restaurants right on the beach. We brought our groceries and had no need to leave the home for anything.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Playa. This was our first time to Surfside, the location was great and they had beach supplies at the house so we didn’t have to bring all of ours. Trish was amazing to work with prior to our trip so we were prepared for our stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. We will be back again.

Fun friends weekend

We had such a great time admiring our stay. There were eight of us. Four adults and four kids four and under. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the beach, tons of beach toys and chairs, great views from the porch. Trick was super communicative and the check in process wa super easy.

Just steps to the beach

The house was perfect and looked just like the pictures. House had plenty of towels and things to cook with! When you leave the house you pass just one and then you are at the wooden walkover to the beach. Check in was easy and check out the easiest I’ve had. We will be back. We had our three adult children and their wives and our teenager. Plenty of beds and couches.

Great place and close to beach

We really loved this house! There was plenty of room for our family of seven and the kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed being so close to the water and being able to hear the waves and see the sunrise. We had a slight issue at check-in as the code to get in did not work but we were able to get through to the owner for a backup entry. The issue was resolved quickly. If we come back to the area, we'd definitely check the availability on this house again!

Amazing property

Check in was very easy. The house was super clean, everything we needed was present, from can openers to pots and pans and even a blender. The king size bed was super comfortable as were the twin beds. My son thought the queen was a bit soft for his liking but he's a big boy. Linens were very soft, pillows were great. House is about a minute's walk from the water. The property manager called us on the way down there and told us all we needed to know about the house and the area. Totally recommend this house and host.

We found the perfect beach house!

Wow! This beach house is perfect. The house was super clean, beautifully furnished with comfortable couches and beds. The deck is a perfect place for chillin, sun bathing or reading a good book. It's a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the restaurant. The home owner was very generous with items left for us to use. Laundry soap, bbq items, and plenty more. Working with Trish was fantastic! You will be disappointed if you don't book a stay at this beach house!!! We can't wait to go back. Thank you!!!

Spring Break getaway

This house was perfect for a mom/ teen son getaway. The house is clean, updated, easy to find, and VERY close to the beach. Our host, Trish called me the night before to welcome us and give me more details about parking, check-in, and area recommendations. All were great. It's an easy house to vacation in.We loved the layout and decor of the beach house, very soothing. There is a deck outside of each main bedroom and both front/back of the house...loved the morning sun watching the waves, and in the evening, drinking wine while the sun set!Our boys were comfortable in the bunks, even though they are high school football players, but they could also lay on any of the couches just fine. I wouls stay here again any time, and Surfside is a quaint beach village to relax in. No busy hotels, high rises, condo-after-condo....just houses and beautiful, clean sand & waves!

Gem of Surfside Beach

We spent an amazing 5 days/nights at Casa de Playa for Spring Break. We struggle every year to find a happy balance between the ease of Surfside, and higher quality rentals of Pointe West. This rental did not disappoint! It was clean, excellently managed, well-stocked, wonderfully decorated, and its easy access to the beach & restaurants won us over. This was our 1st rental with Evolve. Trish was a wonderful, unexpected addition to our vacation. She knows the property, supplies it well, and was a valuable resource the entire trip. I will add 1 caution…Palm Street is filled with power poles / power lines. I counted 16 from our balcony. It is what it is. Once I got over it, the location proved to be exactly what we needed. We rented a golf cart next door (easy walk). We cooked most of our meals onsite, but walking to Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill and Seahorse was wonderful! Highly recommend this rental. Both kids are already asking to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Beach Home!

This is a wonderful home. My family takes an annual trip to Surfside each summer. We really love how laid back the town is. We have stayed in multiple other homes over the years but this one was our favorite. It is very well equipped and is a very close walk to the beach. It is also a short walk to a beach front restaurant which has live music and decent food. The home is a newer build so all of the appliances are current. We really liked the shower on the first floor and right outside the front door on the main entry level. The washer/dryer worked well. Having all the rooms on the same level helped make us feel more comfortable with our small child. The smart TV in the living room allowed us to watch whatever we wanted and we were able to hook up our Nintendo Switch with ease. The coffee maker was combo Keurig/slow drip which was very nice. The fridge was large enough to handle everything and even had an ice maker (even though we question the water in Surfside, I used the fridge made ice and had no issues). The king bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable in all of the homes we have stayed in. The AC kept up very well and kept us comfortable. Finally and most important, the property manager Trish was incredibly helpful. Her communication and willingness to go above and beyond is what will likely make this home our annual vacation spot. Wonderful experience!!

We rented a beach house this past Labor day weekend (2022) and had an excellent time. The house is in excellent condition! I enjoyed the filtration system, the central a/c, the large kitchen sink, the proximity to the beach...i could go on! It was maybe a minute and a half walk to the beach. I especially appreciated Trish calling the day before to update me on the surroundings like incoming traffic during a holiday weekend. I've never had the hospitality like that. We will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay!

The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped with all the necessities including toiletries. Kitchen has nice appliances, keurig duo and plenty of dinnerware. The house has a view of the ocean from the balcony and is an easy walk to the beach. The BBQ pit and picnic table downstairs is a great place to hang out for lunch and dinner after a day at the beach. Trish was welcoming and very accommodating when we arrive. Even made a stop by during our stay to check if we needed anything and take the trash bin the the street.
