Welcome to "Heavenly Heights", an exquisite colonial-style estate that overlooks the Upper Leavenworth Valley and the majestic Enchantments mountains beyond. Nestled in the desirable North Road area, this home allows for easy access to the many restaurants and shops available downtown while providing a peaceful and scenic place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of our popular Bavarian village.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a pristinely groomed surrounding that further leads your gaze out onto the captivating views that are offered here in our beautiful mountain area.
On the main level, you will walk into a spacious kitchen area that is thoroughly equipped with all the standards that you would need to prepare and serve your masterfully prepared cuisine. With an open eating area and a more formal dining room available, you have options to set the mood for sharing a meal, whatever the occasion. The living area boasts a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace that can instantly add ambiance to your evening atmosphere where you can sit back and relax or take in a show and unwind. With a laundry room and a separate ¾ guest bathroom, the main level is set up as a great common area for all.
As you head up the stairs, you will find 3 cozy guest bedrooms; one with a queen, one with a king and a sofa-sleeper, and one with a full-sized bed to choose from. Included on this upper level is the spacious master king suite which offers a comfortable seating area to curl up and escape with a great book. The suite’s bathroom has a clawfoot tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity sink. All beds throughout are wrapped in hotel-quality linens that will lure you to sleep comfortably for the night.
When you venture down to the lower portion of the home, you will find another full kitchen stocked with all the basic amenities, another living area with a pool table, another queen guest bedroom, a full separate bathroom, and patio access that leads out to the outdoor entertainment area and hot tub. Imagine spending a summer day passing the time away with an incredible view. With outdoor dining, it’s the perfect place to play, relax, and enjoy making lasting memories.
In wintertime, the snow-capped peaks can be seen from the large windows within the home and are sure to invoke a magical snowy display to gaze upon. Each season brings its special touches to the topography and you have front-row seats in this hillside home.
This property is located 1.6 miles from downtown Leavenworth.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, pool opening dates are not yet confirmed for 2025. Pool area construction will likely continue through the autumn. It is unknown what days and times the exact work will take place. At this time the hot tub also remains unavailable for the foreseeable future. We have discounted the rate accordingly. Care should still be taken around the pool area. PLEASE consider this when booking. (new update 8/5)

While we do our very best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded at all times, winter conditions can change rapidly and make access both to and from challenging.

This driveway has a significant slope. When snow and ice are on the ground, 4WD/AWD vehicles, with good traction tires are necessary. Chains are recommended for all and a must for 2WD vehicles. Please be prepared and plan accordingly.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
