Off of the living area is a high-top table seating for 4 guests. The dining area open up to a beautifully renovated and well-appointed kitchen perfect for dining in during your stay! You will also find 2 spacious bedrooms each with ocean views. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers guests 2 twin beds and 2 twin rollaway beds and plenty of closet space.

The Quay is a highly desirable oceanfront building located on 107th Street offers indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room saunas in both public restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch open seasonally!

*There is a $100 Quay Amenity Fee required due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass, indoor outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café for breakfast and lunch. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to purchase a second pass is $15.00/day or $100.00/week.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
