A paradise in the Bahamas ! Relax with family and friends in this newly rebuilt villa minutes from the most beautiful beach in the Bahamas. The Beach Villas with their quaint lanes and well-maintained walkways, contribute to the island feel and low-key atmosphere which draws people back again and again to this piece of paradise. This villa is a two minute walk to the world-famous 3.5 mile Treasure Cay Beach . A 2 minute walk in the opposite direction and you find yourself at the local hotspot Florence's Bakery where locals come for Bahamian cuisine, cinnamon buns and 'sip-sip' (vernacular for gossip). The fully renovated villa comes with 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to another king bed, 2 full bathrooms, 3 beds, fiber high speed internet (100 / 50), 3 SMART TV's (50"-2-40") with cable and great outdoor patio spaces with lounge chairs, tables and a BBQ. Villa in Paradise was perfect for me and my husband. The beach was amazing (you really can't find better views) and the pool was fantastic as well. The villa was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked and had things like foil, sandwich bags, and spices left from previous tenants (all were still well within their expiration dates). The golf cart was great to have for exploring the area.Brian was terrific! He provided so many suggestions for our trip before we arrived (since it was our first time to the island) and was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be making another trip soon!

Beauty and Relaxation

We completely enjoyed our stay in Treasure Cay! This house is perfect for a couple to relax and unwind. It had everything we needed and was literally a 2 minute walk to the amazing beach! The house was very clean, had a water cooler which was very nice, and the owner was very quick to respond and gave us lots of tips and information about the islands. I would definitely recommend a day trip to Green Turtle Cay! We will definitely be back!

the Villa was very well equipped and everything was very comfortable. The pool was nice and lounges were always available at both the pool and the beach. four restaurants near by. We rented a car for the week and it was a good decision by the time we would have paid taxi both ways and rented a golf cart it would have cost more. The car gave us even more restaurant options and made getting to ferries to other islands possible.

One of a kind holiday in Paradise

We spent one month in Brian’s villa and had an excellent holiday. He was an outstanding host/owner and a great communicator, giving us detailed information on what the area has to offer. The villa has 4 TV’s and multiple channels and streaming. Plus chairs and sun umbrellas. The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals including all sorts of small appliances; 4 slice toaster, large coffee maker, electric kettle, powerful blender, etc. The gas barbeque was fantastic and we used it nearly every other night. The outdoor seating area was private and lovely and we enjoyed listening to the birds early in the morning. The pool is wonderful as is the beach we enjoy so much. Thank you, Brian for making our holiday a very special one. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Amazing Location on a Breathtaking Beach

The villa is down the road from the Bahama Beach Club, which is where the bar and restaurants are, but I prefer this location because it's more quaint and private. Neighbors are so friendly. We met people we will keep in touch with and meet back there again. The villa is cute and has all the amenities you could possible need. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great but we took a boat to Guana Cay and Nippers for snorkeling and a ferry to Green Turtle Cay to feed the stingrays and turtles. Renting a golf cart was a great way to explore the island. The beach is stunning with powder like sand. I'm already planning my trip back in a couple of months. Brian was very thorough with communication and answered every question I had in great detail.

Off the Beaten Path Beach Holiday

The beach villa had everything we could possibly need and more. It was clean and charming. The complex was easy to navigate and featured nearby restaurants and a mini mart. The owner, Brian, gave us detailed instructions for the villa, activites, and surroundings. He was prompt on answering any inquiry we had. The weather was perfect. The beach pristine and empty, except for the occasional couple. We couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend and will come again.

Great bungalow!! Great location! Close to beach and unit pool but seems secluded due to lush tropical greenery surrounding the unit. Very clean and offered many amenities such as gas grill, nice patio furniture and kitchen was loaded with anything you may need. Extra nice was the water cooler (since you can’t drink the local water). Came with water toys as well. Enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back!!

My husband and I just spent 10 days in Paradise. The villa was so well thought out with all the amenities and a kitchen that had everything you could need - even a chilled wine holder in the freezer. We had a hard time with flight delays etc. but the car rental Brian recommended was at the airport when we arrived. Brian checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and his caretaker stopped by twice. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor grill was really nice. I especially liked the water cooler. We needed a place to recharge and relax. We felt like different people after just a few days. Thank you!

Very Nice community and Villa!

Just spent 10 days here and Brian has a very nice Villa and it has about anything you could ask for in it. TC is still recovering from the 2019 hurricane so things are a bit limited in this area although there were a few restaurants ( Sunset Pizza and Ocean beach Pool Bar and Grill, we liked) but just know everything is expensive! Every night the complex has a get together and can meet on the ocean deck so you get to know so many people! The beach is breathtaking and the pool area is very nice! One thing we did find is that the water pressure is low in this area so water comes and goes, but we survived! Another thing for newbies like us, if u r coming you may want to rent a car and we knew it was left sided driving but a lot of the cars are right sided steering. However, in order to see the island and get to the ferries you will almost need one since cabs are pricey.

Quiet wonder with great pool and beach

The key is recovering more and more. Plan groceries in Marsh Harbor for best selection. The villa is great with good layout for parent/kid vacation privacy. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and a good grill. Property owner is amazingly responsive!

Diamond in the Rough

The only reason I use the word rough in my title is that the area is still recovering from the hurricane. Beach Villas was a really nice, friendly community that is very well taken care of. Every evening there is a get together by the firepit for both owners and renters. Everyone says hello and greets you both at the pool and on the beach. The pool and the proximity to the beach is outstanding. We enjoyed all the local eateries...Cafe Florence, Happy Buds, Sunset Pizza, Creative Hands, Nish's bakery. Brian was more than prompt with any communications. We stayed for 30 days. Not only is the villa completely filled with many many things you could use, the property manager also checked in on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Check out was the easiest I have every experienced using VRBO. While there we visited Sandy Point, Crossing Rocks, Cherokee Sound, The long dock, Marsh Harbor, Green Turtle Cay, Elbow Cay, No Name Cay. We would definitely come back!!!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here over Christmas! Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The community itself is beautifully maintained and we could always find a spot at the pool or the beach. We appreciated being able to visit/spend in the local community and felt very welcomed. Brian is a wonderful host who answered all of my questions within minutes! He connected me with someone who was able to transport us to/from the airport and set us up with a golf cart. Hint: I would HIGHLY recommend getting a golf cart to get around TC. We are already talking about when we can go back!

Perfect Girls Getaway

This place is fantastic! The unit is very clean, kitchen well stocked, TVs in every room, and a super cute patio area. Brian was an amazing host with great communication and a lot of cool tips/details about the area. 1-2 minute walk to pool area and beach. My friends and I enjoyed a quick 4 night girl’s trip and have decided we want to make it an annual trip and stay here again. I would highly recommend.

A visit to Treasure Cay Beach will help you realize that dreams do come true! This beach is absolute heaven. The beach extends 3œ miles and consists of sugary white sand complimented with turquoise water. The beach is absolutely stunning. It truly is a sight to behold. Things to do in Treasure Cay - What's Open Right now (February 2022), Florence's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Really good food !! Pizza night on Thursdays - Great Pizza !! Also just a short walk down the beach is the Pavilion restaurant at the Bahamas Beach Club. Just outside TC villa gates on the highway there is a mini market (food and drink) , liquor store and hardware/homeware store. Also for excellent Bahamian food I also recommend M&Ms in Cooper's Town and going to Green Turtle Club (just a short ferry ride away on the Green Turtle Cay Ferry right out of Treasure Cay) Also in Green Turtle Cay you can have the time of your life interacting with Green turtles, stingrays, Nurse Sharks and the famous swimming pigs. Treasure Cay Boat Rentals is also open. At Treasure Cay Boat Rentals you can not only rent boats but also arrange for snorkeling and fishing tours as well. And of course the seaside pool and the most beautiful beach in the world is only a two minute walk away from this villa.
