Nestled right by the Park City Tanger Outlet stores, Powderwood is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this recently remodeled condo has 2-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. Virtual Tour Available Upon Request.
The main living room has plenty of seating including a Queen sleeper/convertible sofa and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days or cool summer mountain evenings. There is a patio off the living room with seating and a BBQ.
The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed and a detached full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily dine in. Make a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day, have lunch and snack items around and enjoy a delicious crockpot meal at the end of your day of fun or throw some burgers on the BBQ!

The free shuttle picks up near the complex every 15 minutes and the Redstone Shopping Center (stores, dining, entertainment) is just across the highway.
The entire home is equipped with full heat, free WiFi, and Comcast cable TV. There is also a private in-home washer and dryer, ironing board, blow dryer and games.
The home has one reserved, covered parking space. There's also one parking pass for an additional vehicle in the first-come first-served parking. NO RV, boat, trailer or oversized vehicle (including sprinter vans) parking is permitted.
Along with the home, you’ll have access to the Powderwood community amenities with a hot tub (open all year), pool (open in summer only), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ's and picnic area. Powderwood is adjacent to a paved walking/biking trail.
Powderwood Pines is dog-friendly, accommodating one small dog due to HOA rules. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Looks a lot better online then in person. If you are there to ski there is very little room for boots / snow gear. Inexpensive remodel to make it look good. Inexpensive / uncomfortable furniture. Kitchen is so small it hard to cook in and only one person at a time. One hot tub for huge condo complex.

Midwest vacationers
Overall the property met our needs. It was close to eateries and shopping. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment except to sleep.
Cons were; difficulty using the entry keypad, dirty rugs in living room and master bedroom, noisy upstairs neighbors. Also, the listing picture was not the same as what the actual apartment we got was. The apt. Listing showed the back of the apt. With grass and a walking trail. That was not what we got. One of the deciding factors in choosing to book this apt. Was based on the backyard picture.

Thank you for staying with us! We regret that you had trouble with the keypad, and we were glad we were able to assist right away. Carpets are cleaned twice per year and touched up as needed. The condo is the exact condo you booked. There are plenty of grassy areas between buildings, which are perfect for a run with your pup. We do hope you enjoyed the new comfortable beds, convenient location on the free shuttle route, and walkable to shopping along with tons of fun in the summer pool and hot tub. Property was nice and we enjoyed the location. Lower rating due to problems getting the entry code. Also the floor desperately needs mopping. The floors were swept or vacuumed but not clean. Overall we had a great stay and would rent again hoping that these small concerns are addressed.
Would recommend a more thorough cleaning between customers. Also, the king size bed needs a king size comforter. For our trip the cover was queen size which was an issue. Also should have a Matt inside the front door to wipe feet. All small things that can easily be addressed for our next trip. Condo needs pot holders and updated pots.

perfect location
The place was just as described- great location, clean, near everything we needed. The house had all the amenities listed, and the kitchen had a lot of fun extras- baking pans, waffle maker, rice cooker. The pool and the hot tub were just right. The house wasn't perfect but it would have earned a 5 stars if the management company would have fixed the check in. Our code did not work when we arrived. I contacted the number- and they did respond immediately, which was great as it is terrifying to travel and show up and not get in. The code didn't work, they remote unlocked it to let us in. Told us to just stay in for the night...(we arrived at 5) and they would send someone to fix first thing in the morning. The did not offer any compensation for this...or even to send us dinner. Next morning I ask for the ETA of maintenance. They reply that maintenance is very busy (it's a holiday week, but not the holiday itself), and will not be there until the afternoon. What? Is anyone okay with this? After some back and forth they say, just leave the door unlocked- it's a very safe area. Holy man hole, no. By that afternoon they re-coded the door and it was fine. It does not seem like these are the kind of answers responsible management companies give- was this someone's kid answering their phone when they were busy? There's no chain or other inside lock so now you know they can remote unlock- not my favorite. the place and location, nice, management maybe not.

Perfect location!!!! Minutes from Dear Valley and Park City ski resorts. Close to highway if you want to go to Snowbird, Alta or Brighton.
Nearby Wholefoods store, great coffee place and restaurants!
Condominium village is nice and quiet perfect to get some relax time with family after skiing ⛷
