🦺 Lifejackets required when using watercraft. Guests encouraged to bring their own for best fit.
🐾 No pets allowed.
👥 Sleeps 14 in beds; up to 20 with approval. $100/pp/night after 14 (including kids). Undisclosed guests = forfeited deposit + removal.

📹 Outdoor security cameras + indoor noise monitor (tampering = $400 fine).

This cottage has a modern/traditional take on the cottage feel with over 3675sq ft facing a breathtaking view of Georgian Bay with over 122ft of lakefront. This waterfront property has stone steps that lead into Georgian Bay. The lake starts off shallow, however gets fairly deep(10-15 feet off the dock). A total of 7-9 parking spaces on the property. Open concept with lots of living area with a fireplace and TV. Kitchen amenities are included. The dining room table fits a total of 12 people with 4 extra seats by the kitchen island. There is also a set of tables and chairs on the outside deck overlooking Georgian Bay. Walkout on the deck for a gorgeous view of the lake with lounging chairs. Pool table, foosball table, and a ping pong table in the basement along with board/card games. There is a 20-foot water trampoline and a 20-foot water mat for your enjoyment.

4. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise/music levels at a minimum past 9 PM
5. Please note all water sports and activities are to be used at your own risk! There will be various lifejackets to use, however, it is mandatory that anyone who uses the watercraft must wear a lifejacket. It is encouraged to bring your own to guarantee a lifejacket will fit
6. If the outside patio furniture or chairs are moved throughout the day, please put everything back where they belong by the end of the day. This is to ensure that none of the furniture is picked up by the water current or change in active weather.
7. No PETS are allowed on the property.
8. If any butts are found on property grounds from any smoking materials, a $250 fee will be charged to guests for the cleanup
