This 2 bedroom “cottage” style house at the top of Encounter Bay is perfect for two couples trying to get away from the hassles and bustles of work and city life whilst enjoying a great view of the ocean, Bluff and the coast line which is especially romantic at night. The property is only minutes away from the beach and close to the boat ramp.

Victor Harbor and surrounds are regarded as one of South Australia’s most beautiful and popular tourist destination, which boasts many well-known restaurants. Only one hour’s drive from Adelaide this holiday destination offers an abundance of recreational activities including Whale watching plus the wildlife such as penguins on Granite Island and ocean fishing or river fishing in the Coorong only a short drive away.
The Fleurieu Peninsula is known for its great wine regions such as McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek and its many outstanding restaurants/café’s.

This property has two separate living areas each with TV, heating and air-conditioning. The two bedrooms have large built-ins with a Queen bed and an extra-wide double bed which can be converted into a queen bed if so required. Both beds are fully equipped with good quality bedding/linen. There are two toilets and vanities which are interconnecting to the bathroom which has the shower facility. In addition to the separate living areas there is a library stocked with books and games for your enjoyment.

The property has an extensive garden which is fully fenced and an enclosed veranda to enjoy rain or sunshine with a view of the coast line where the sun rises for breakfast.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware and coffee/tea supplies, including dishwasher. Outside there is a BBQ and a table with 4 chairs. Car parking is available at the top of garden (volcanic rock base) and down the drive way.
