And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

From the private balcony, Superdome views frame your mornings, while the fenced backyard and covered patio give your group a quiet place to exhale after a full day in the city. This five-bedroom home is built for groups who want comfort and connection without sacrificing location.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms with plush beds and fresh linens sleep up to ten guests comfortably. Three and a half bathrooms - finished with luxe touches and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and essentials - keep routines running smoothly across a large group. Room-darkening shades, a walk-in closet, dresser, hangers, and a safe round out the bedroom comforts.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for real cooking - a Frigidaire stainless steel gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and baking sheet are all here, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Pull together a full meal at the dining table, or take your morning coffee to the balcony with the skyline stretching out ahead of you.
 
Living & entertainment
The living area centers around a 32-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a door keep remote workers connected and focused. When it's time to unwind, board games and life-size games bring everyone together. Families traveling with little ones can request a pack 'n play with sheets and a folding high chair with food tray - both available on request.
 
Outdoor living
Step out to a fully fenced private backyard with a covered patio and outdoor furniture - a natural gathering spot whether you're catching up over drinks or simply enjoying the open air. A private entrance keeps comings and goings on your own schedule.
 
Laundry & essentials
An in-unit washer and dryer mean you're not hunting for a laundromat mid-trip. Cleaning products, an iron, and a full set of towels and bed linens are provided. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep every room comfortable year-round.

Free off-street parking and free street parking mean arriving and leaving is never a hassle.
