Nordic Knoll is a small subdivision located beyond the ski resort, farther up Sunday River Road. There are only nine houses off the road, providing larger land parcels and a nice privacy buffer between neighbors. The house is well-positioned to capture full views of the slopes and allow for an outdoor hot tub, overflow parking, and room to enjoy the fire pit in warmer months. The large lot means that you will experience a quiet, private stay that feels remote and wild but is only 10 minutes from the nightlife and entertainment at Sunday River Ski Resort.

The main level of the house is where everyone will gather. Complete with a new gourmet kitchen, supplies and appliances are brand new and fully stocked for the chefs in your group. From this level, a large deck looks out to Sunday River and is a laid-back, desirable place to gather during warm nights. Perhaps the most enticing aspect of the main level is the soaring fireplace which boasts an authentic wood-burning stove and a river rock face. Just as warm and functional as it is attractive to the eye, the fireplace in the living room will draw you in to settle and stay.

The second story of the house features a master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, one dresser, and one closet. A second room is furnished with a queen-size bed, two bunk beds, one dresser, and one closet. These two rooms are both warm, spacious, and accommodating.

For groups traveling with two families, or for those who would like additional privacy, there are two bedrooms on the basement level; one is furnished with a queen-size bed and the other with twin bunk beds. Both of these rooms have egress access, and the basement is finished with a separate kitchen, making this a truly independent space that can be used on its own.

One of the most popular amenities that this house has to offer is the bonus rec room above the garage. This is the ultimate sport's cave. With a foosball table, a third woodstove, a ping-pong table, and flatscreen t.v. to watch the games, it's likely it might entice to skip an afternoon on the slopes and spend it in here!
