Step inside into your first living space with TV, there is a selection of books and DVDs to be enjoyed during your stay. If nothing grabs your fancy check out the local library which has a large DVD collection available to borrow while you are in town. From here the home extends back into the open plan kitchen and dining room and through into the second living room. The second living space also contains a bar fridge, perfect for easy access when you are enjoying the back garden or cooking up a storm on the BBQ after a hard day at the beach. From here you can access the back garden with its outdoor dining area, outdoor shower and little private hideaway for a quiet glass of wine in the evening.

Portoria offers your own private garage, with direct access into the house via the kitchen.

The first bathroom can be found on the ground floor, with walk in shower and separate toilet. There is also a laundry with separate washing machine and dryer for use during your stay. The bottom floor has central heating and the solid brick walls keep it cool in summer.

Head upstairs onto the first level you will find a spacious bedroom with Queen bed. The top level contains the second Queen room with built in robes, third bedroom with 2 singles and the Master Retreat. There is a second bathroom on the level with large walk in shower and separate bath. There is a split on this level for heating and cooling.

The large Master Retreat boasts a King bed and its own private balcony where you can enjoy the endless blue skies over your morning cup of coffee tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life.
