Gather at Vincentia is the perfect option for a large family gathering, or getaway for a respectful group of friends. This stylish and beautifully built home sleeps up to 16 and is an easy walk - as seen in the aerial photos - to Collingwood Beach. The house has 7 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a massive open plan kitchen dining and living area (with two lounge nooks), and a large covered rear deck with a third lounge area, BBQ and outdoor eating! For a large group, you will struggle to find a more spacious, comfortable and well-appointed home in Jervis Bay!

Please note:

- Strictly no parties or excessive noise at this property – please. There will be zero tolerance and you will be evicted if this rule is broken. Any noise complaints, anti-social behaviour or any other disruption requiring attention by one of our staff will see the forfeit of $500 of the cash bond per incident or call out.

Where will I be?

Gather at Vincentia is located on Elizabeth Drive, between Vincentia and Huskisson. The house has views of Jervis Bay from upstairs, however, is across the road from the beach; not beachfront. Gather at Vincentia has easy access to Collingwood Beach. Shops, cafes, Booderee National Park and other activities are within easy driving distance of the house. It is also possible to walk to and from Huskisson from the property.

Gather at Vincentia is the perfect option for a large group. Simple as that. It has great proximity to the beach, some views, style, luxury, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and numerous indoor or outdoor entertaining options - all true to the photos and floorplan! The lock up garage is also for guest use.

How is the property laid out?

Gather at Vincentia is a very large, double storey home, with a layout as follows and as shown on the floorplan:

The downstairs level has the garage, entry hallway, huge living / dining / kitchen area, large covered rear patio, one shared bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed + bunk bed + ensuite bathroom.

The upstairs level has the remaining 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean and have some views of Jervis Bay.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nescafe Dolce Gusto compatible pod coffee machine. Some pods are provided on arrival and extras can be purchased at the Coles in Vincentia.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Both televisions have Chromecast adapters.

Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Gather at Vincentia has a front garden / lawn area, a very large back yard with lawn, and a huge covered patio at the rear - with gas BBQ, lounge nook, and an outdoor dining table. The property also has an outdoor shower at the front as you come in the gate.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

Gather at Vincentia has a wall mounted reverse cycle air unit (for heating and cooling) in the downstairs living area. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house can also be opened up fully in summer to catch the sea breeze. Each bedroom has a portable, thermostatically controlled electric heater for the cooler months.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Gather at Vincentia. Please bring your own beach towels however.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is parking for 1.5 vehicles in the double lock up garage (it is not quite wide enough for 2 large vehicles). In addition, there is parking on the driveway for 2 - 3 vehicles. All other vehicles will need to be parked on Elizabeth Drive or in local side streets that have free parking. Please do not park on the lawn at this property.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Gather at Vincentia is not a pet friendly property. Contact us for our list of pet friendly options, or hopefully you can find a pet minder so that you can come to enjoy this beautiful home!

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
