Enjoy the true Cabo style of living in this studio located at a perfect distance to be close to the action but also where you can sleep peacefully at night and / or walk the historic area of Cabo where you will find restaurants, cafes and the newly remodeled historic Plaza, all just a block and a half from where the party is. Enjoy super fast 200Mbps internet speed to work remotely with no problems at all and within a walkable distance from the action.

The space is perfectly distributed and fully equipped, you will have all the comforts you have at home, 200 Mbps super fast Internet speed, Smart TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, spacious and clean bathroom, luxury shower with excellent pressure, as well as a nice lighting during the day. The entire studio was recently remodeled so everything is practically new, both furniture and finishes.

Only the access stairs are shared and common access to the building which has 6 apartments of which 3 are used as vacation rentals, in case you want to occupy the more than one unit.

We are also a company that offers unique tours and experiences that you can find and book online by looking for us as Tripandhomes Experiences, from whale tours, tours to the arch of Cabo, boat fishing trips, to swimming with whale sharks in the neighboring city of La Paz, yacht trips. or pangas al Arco and more, we have it! Please contact us if you are interested and want to ask us about prices and availability. If you find a better price we will improve it, since we have private transportation service and charters.

To access we have an automatic security lockbox where you can find the keys to the house once you confirm your reservation, we will pass the key code to open the lockbox so that you get your keys, it is super easy and safe. so you can arrive when it suits you, in your schedule and without pending by us. Once your reservation has been confirmed, ask us for the code and the photos to facilitate this instruction. Your set of keys should read "Studio 2"

Cabo was EvErYThInG & more! Far exceeding my expectations!

Online process to book was great! Little delays @ certain instances for replies. For US pull out bed=futon what they had. Double bed that I confirmed and they replied in affirmative was only 1 full bed. Shower drain could use attention as it fills up & slow drain. The transportation with Becky info given by trip/homes was superb with George/Ricardo being our drivers from & to airport. Everything in walking distance allowed us the opportunity to fraternize with the locals getting familiar with the culture. No opportunities wasted on this trip. Go to Ponchos is excellent! Red snapper devine. Boat ride to the arch is a must! Sights you won't see on land. Definitely returning & would recommend trip and homes to others (text is better for communication if I have give a suggestion for best clarity). They would benefit with having more towels and wash cloths (for the face and body use - bring sponge). Security was magnificent! Easy access to get for entry. Devine Cafe shop right at the entry which made it great for when we waited for our driver to pickup for airport. Overall experience Magnifico!!

6 Units- Not all are as listing describes!!!! BEWARE!

This unit is seemingly safe and secure and is nicely renovated and clean on the inside. HOWEVER, we booked a one bedroom apartment with a bed and a couch (as the listing shows and describes) for three adults. With no warning, we arrived to a studio apartment with just one full sized bed and no other sleeping accomodations. It took a little over 4 hours of spotty communication with host to arrange for an air mattress to get set up in the room. We arrived back from dinner to a single SHEET. We found other accommodations and left and the host messaged me at MIDNIGHT that an air mattress would be delivered by a stranger. Not okay, double check your unit accomodations before arrival!

Great apartment close to downtown Cabo

Everything as advertised with excellent communication by the property manager. Easy check in and the apartment is nicely furnished (even down to having a Roku set up on the TV). Only slight downside is that it is on a busy street so there is street noise - just a. caution In case you are a light sleeper. Highly recommended overall

On the border of Tourist Town.

This place is great. In a reasonably quiet area far enough from tourists that it feels authentic yet close enough to have needs within reach. The place itself is nice and has ample cutlery and such to cook and entertain if you wanted. Internet is strong and I feel safe within the building with the gates and locks being where they are. Decided to extend my stay until the end of the month.
