Mylara is a fully air-conditioned, self-contained three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home, thoughtfully designed with relaxation in mind. The open-plan living area, styled with rustic coastal flair, provides a laid-back space to unwind. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a seafood feast. Each of the three spacious bedrooms features a king-size bed with luxury mattress toppers, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom offers an extra touch of indulgence with its four-poster bed and private television. Both bathrooms are modern and luxurious, finished with floor-to-ceiling travertine marble. One features a freestanding bath for long soaks, while the other includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The outdoor spaces at Mylara are simply spectacular. The covered deck, styled with coastal touches, flows seamlessly to the pool area, where towering palm trees provide shade and a tropical ambiance. Please note, for the comfort and security of all guests, photo ID is required from every adult staying at the property. The lead guest will also need to sign a rental agreement acknowledging the house rules.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party and no smoking policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

Pet Policy

- All dogs must be approved before staying at the property.
- Dogs only. No other pets are permitted.
- A maximum of one small to medium-sized dog is permitted. Large breeds and hunting dogs are not permitted.
- Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only.
- Where a swimming pool or pool area is available, dogs are not permitted in the pool or pool area at any time.
- Please check the garden and clean up after your dog before departure.
- Dogs must not be left unattended at the property.
- Dogs must be flea-treated and flea-free before arrival.
- Guests must bring their dog’s bedding and everything else it requires.
- Dogs are not permitted on the furniture.
- Puppies that are not fully house-trained or are still chewing are not permitted.
- A $500 pet bond will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card at check-in to cover damage or additional cleaning.
- If additional cleaning is required due to pet waste, $250 will automatically be deducted from the pet bond.
